- (2022-03-20) Josh Kabo: I've been using this extension for close to 6 months. This is so great, thank you so much for making this! On rare occasion it seems like it might mute the video by accident, or miss muting an ad, but it works correctly at least 95% of the time! I love it!!

- (2021-08-14) Teddy2t: just what i needed, though sometimes the first second of the ad still sometimes can be heard at least the following four second is a serenity. unfortunately the extention need a permission history (just like some other ad mute extension that i knew but), i dont really know why so if there's anyone that knows please elaborate. if you feeling like you like to hear the ad you can just toggle mute/unmute again. EDIT: Also, as a side effect YouTube sometimes just gives you double unskipable 5s ads which as ironically as it sounds like, is actually great waiting 10 second without clicking the skip button. It also generously give you an option to rate the ad to your preferences with a like and a dislike button (doubt it actually functions tho, but its a stress reliever). I recommend this extension if for some reason you don't want to use adblock.
