I would like to give a suggestion which is its time to tweak the algorith and fine tune the word matching for example a company named MEET (meet lifesciences) has not filed any H1b. But if we use the plug-in it shows as it has filed H1b, When we verify it on the H1b info that comes neaby after doing the check it shows meetup llc, meet xyz etc etc has filed h1b. I belive we can fine tune this if we just use the Beaureau of labor statistics data to cross verify the company title

Most of the time, I have to wait till I speak with HR to know whether they offer sponsorship or not now with this extension anymore. Also knowing visa approval and denial for a company before applying is a plus.
