- The Chrome extension is honestly not a real solution—it doesn’t actually integrate with my HouzzPro account, and there’s no true way to view or manage emails directly within the platform. For the cost of this CRM tool, that is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend does not do what they are promising.

- Handy plugin for sure for gmail users on houzz pro. Does the job to record all my leads communication under one roof. Doesnt have more advanced features like the website version does, such as create estimate from template, but i guess this is just released so can't ask for too much.
