U can play with other ppl u meet in games that also have the extension. also helps to get lobbies with dedicated, artistic, creative, and witty ppl as those are the types that are likely to use an extension like this anyways. You can join others that have this extension downloaded which is cool. and there are cool themes, icons, etc.
