- (2021-07-05) Nicole Klaus: I've been using the Chrome extension since it first launched. Annoyingly many times the Chrome extension doesn't seem to track. When entering an online store the extension prompts that you can earn up to xxx amount of points, but no further details what 'up to' refers to, it also shows that points collection is activated. However, I rarely seem to receive those points and they are not showing under 'pending' either. Also very frustrating that you cannot view your points collection history. I really wanted to like this, but now I feel there are more reliable rewards or cash back offers out there. I feel I've been wasting my time and been missing out on rewards I could have collected elsewhere.
- (2021-04-28) Amy Hutchings: I have received enough points to get a gift card however, the points always seem to be "pending" for some reason so it wont let you exchange them for a gift card! I have tried emailing Marie Claire several times but haven't received a response. its so frustrating
- (2021-02-23) Daniela pozzi: Had this extension for several months and reached over 30000 points collected They have been stuck on 'Points pending' for weeks therefore i am not able to redeem anything. Disappointed
- (2020-12-03) Dia Barrett: Extremely annoying extension. Every time you click it it reloads the page and your basket disappears and it sometimes puts you in the wrong country. Can't even check your balance or see where your points are. I will be removing it.
