An updated & more advanced auto-log out extension for chrome with a ton of personalized options! Automatically logs you out of all or a selection of websites that you specify upon browser close.
Extremely useful on a shared computer or to enhance privacy. Set all websites (facebook / yahoo mail) to log out upon chrome's closing to ensure no one snoops on you!
Advanced Auto Log Out also allows for you to specify certain websites to log out, avoiding the hassle when utilizing website with two factor authentication.
Example:
Set XXXX.com and YYYYY.com to log out automatically
but your work and WWWWW.com will remain logged in

- Doesn't work here. Nothing happens. Does not even add any site to logout list despite the popup claim. Choosing Advanced Auto Logout option in extension menu redirects to shady other site after chrome warning. No timer showing when adding a logout time to a website, no auto logout list showing when left clicking the extension.

- Anything less than a three-star rating for a FREE app should be ignored. I LOVE this app. Some sites, like Walmart, you have to search for the logout. Even my bank's logout takes three clicks and scroll to the bottom. Outrageous. Logout should be as easy to find as login. It also bypasses "are you sure?" prompts. I hate those. THANK YOU!

- Nice extension. But I was looking for the opposite: an extension that forces some sites always stay logged in. All these selected sites would never, for any circumstances, log out. And if the Chrome tries to log out without your consent, it would ask for you a password for it. If you want a idea to expand your extension functionality, you can freely use this ideia. Good luck!

- It works but the issue I'm having is when this extension is on and when I launch my browser the browser is un responsive for a few seconds after it is launched. yes this happens every time I launch the browser but when I turn the extension off then browser doesn't have this issue. UPDATE: found another issue... When this extension is on and I go to Youtube's main page "youtube.com" it wont load but if I paste a youtube video link "youtube.com/videolinkexample" then youtube page loads fine... Turn this extension off and issue is gone.. Its a useful extension but has bugs. So for now gonna disable it and try again when an update comes out.

- Incredibly promising - would love some additional features like a schedule. One issue I've found is that messages.google.com will NOT log out. Everything else logs out beautifully though.

- So far I have find this app very useful. My only complains are: 1 - Bookmarks still accesible and editable even though you are loged out. Should not be possible. (Maybe this thing is on Google's side and not an app problem) 2 - When more than one instance (window) of Chrome is opened, it logs out on closing any of them. It should log you out when closing all instances. 3 - I would like a feature for preventing automatic log out for specific computers. Like own computers.

- If you have multiple Chrome windows open, and you close one, this extension will sign you out of all websites in all windows of Chrome. If a pop-up opens in a separate window and you close it, you will be signed out of all windows of Chrome. Very inconvenient; you should have an option to only sign out when ALL instances of Chrome are closed.

- I thought this extension logged out your sites when you shut down Chrome. That's not the case. This extension is too active at logging out. It ends sessions while their window is minimized. It ends sessions when the window for them is closed. It freezes when I try to use the options setting.

- Good extension if they could solve the Chrome Freezing problem this is really annoying and just forces me to disable it from chrome as I don't like waiting 2-3 minutes for my browser to become responsive

- SO USEFUL! It was a giant pain having to sign out of facebook/others individually whenever a co-worker needed access to my PC. Now i just restart chrome, all my personal sites are logged out and the work ones are still logged in. Also love the big red "LOG OUT ALL" button. Great for emergencies! ;)
