Como defectos diría que a veces se queda pillado el contador y echas mas tiempo del que programas y que tampoco suena la alarma por mas que cambies el sonido o la voz, por eso le quito una estrella. Si arreglasen eso, sería de 5 estrellas :).

It's helped me keep focused, and I appreciate how the app is pretty simple but lets you adjust the things that you need to like how long each pomodoro is, how long the rest periods are, etc. I also love its ability in-app to block certain websites which prevent you from checking twitter when you really should be working. A great little app, don't know what I would do without it.

• (2023-07-13) Michelle Blanchette: I've used Forest in the past, but I like the simplicity and UX of Otto better. I also really like the custom ppomodoro timer format. It has some quirks and bugs here and there, but overall the best productivity timer and website blocker I've used. I hope it stays this simple and doesn't get bloated with features.

• (2023-05-22) Agnar Joensen: I really like this extension, it's simple to set up and use and does what it promises. It's almost exactly what I am looking for and I have not found anything else that fits my requirements better. Excellent work from the developer! A feature that I would like to have is the ability to get a clearly visible pop-up (or redirect into a new tap in my browser) when the timer is over, so I know when a break starts. I'm not always able to listen to the bell chime. I also would have wanted the same thing to happen when the break is over and that I then manually would have to turn it on again for my work period. This way of working would be better for me.

• (2022-06-22) Ahmad Developer: Hey Found 2 bugs in the extension. 1: When u go to a blocked website. blockedwebsite.html loads but if u look at health bar on website it remains unchanged. Problem is it is not able to access js file. cuz path given to it is /scripts/blockpage.js but in reality the js file is in /scripts/MAIN/blockpage.js changing this should fix the issue. 2:The second issue is that when break happens otto still does his workout he doesn't stop but I guess there is an animation for otto break. Use that animation if u are using that then it is not working fix these issues as soon as possible. Thanks
• (2022-06-18) mcg: Otto's health bar does not decrease in blockedUI.html. blockedUI.html does not appear in incognito mode (yes I let Otto run in incognito mode.) It still works as it blocks the website but it just says "[a bunch of stuff] is blocked" instead of showing blockedUI.html on Edge.l

ALl my tabs will only continue to work if I remove the extension from chrome. It's just sad as this is the pomodoro extension that I wanted to use. It's so cute however there's that.   Hi Just installed the app and I like the gamification with hitting blocked sites like fb & yt. Where can I find the blocked setting? YT top level domain is a time waster, but I'd like to whitelist specific YT videos that are useful. Is there a way to hide the timer, so I just have the icon in the extension bar? It's pretty distracting with the 2 different timers counting down and switching every half a second or so. The pro's are outweighing the cons (so far) so this is just to improve the experience.   After I switched for a break, I went to see my usage stats, and when I went back, the timer stuck in switching with focus and break mode, and the countdown worked as well. After finishing the break, the timer switched to another focus timer, so stuck between two focus timers.

  If I have for example a 20 min work and 5 min break, and then during the break I press the stop button, once I then start again it will start with a break for 20 mins, mixing up the times for work and break.

  There is a crucial concept that is tightly coupled with Pomodoro technique. That is, the number of session when there will be a long break. Your extension lacks this crucial feature and it is a deal breaker to me. All other free apps have it, why not yours too?. If you still didn't get what this feature is about. Let me explain: There will be an input of the session duration. and an input of the short break. and an input of the long break. The long break will happen only after you hit the number of desired session, that number is how many session you would like to give a certain task. And that's it! I hope you get it. Let not forget to give you a huge shoutout for your efforts. You extension is totally worth it and the efforts you put on it are amazing. Having this feature will make it complete!

  If I put 60 minutes in the Timer and 6 minutes in the Break then click start, it starts counting down the Break of 6 minutes instead of the Timer. I thought it would countdown with the 60 minutes first then let me go on break for the 6 minutes? What am missing here?

  Recently Otto has started having trouble transitioning from the break timer to the work timer. If I've run through a couple rounds of the timer, successfully transitioning from the work session to the break session, sometimes Otto gets stuck? And it rapidly switches back and forth between the break/work timer. If I watch the screen, it basically flips between the two timers - the label doesn't change (it usually stays written as "(time) until break)") but the two timers go back and forth as each second passes, looking something like below: 24:59 9:58 24:57 9:56 24:56 9:55 etc. so on. Could this be an interaction with a different extension? If I close Otto and try starting the timer again, this behaviour comes back. I have to close Chrome entirely and sometimes that fixes it.

  I wish there is an option to enable / disable Start Break and Start Work so it will auto break when seasion end and I will start new after break ends And it will be nicer if Otto could play sounds during break to remind me to press "Start". I oftenly forget to press Start and rip my timeline.

  Hi! I've noticed that when I have AdBlock enabled that this extension does not work. Any advice/feedback about that? Also, is there a tutorial for this extension available? I don't believe using this is difficult however when I don't have AdBlock installed, Otto does work... just not all of the time. I'm wondering if there's something that I'm missing that causes it to not work sometimes. This add on is so cute so I'm hoping I can figure out what the issue is so that this can work!
