I didn't ever see the Wistia logo in the upper-right corner of the playing video to be able to download it, and there was also an instance of where the upper right corner of the playing video was COVERED by a video commentator (recording of the person talking about the video) frame (that never goes away) with the . So how can we access THIS type of video? If a DEV or support person wishes to contact me about the exact URL that is failing, I'd be happy to share it with you and troubleshoot.
