- (2023-09-26) Andy K: Be aware that this extension by default set "Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit:" to all website. I'm not an engineer and not sure if getting youtube video audio level means "read all your data". Anyway, this extension doesn't work (ie. basically did nothing about youtube video audio level) for me. Be aware of malware or it stealing your banking data.

This is what exactly I'm looking for since Youtube messed up the the replay gain for songs I usually listened from some different artists after the latest update. But I sugest never change the volume from the addon for a video if you want all of your songs have the same replay gain, since it can't be reset again to the default setting.
- (2022-09-03) Cringito: its a great booster for YouTube ,I've tried so many before because idk why youtube sounds so low as compare to other websites and other apps like Spotify but not youtube and it has a big advantage than anyother volume booster i cant fullscreen video after using them but this one fixed my problem now i can fullscreen and but please improve volume output quality it has only one single cons that if i increase volume in that extention more than 50 % then sound goes brrrrrrrrr please fix that anyway good booster

Latest issues

This plugin is awesome because it automatically normalizes the volume of videos. Videos with too soft volumes become louder. And videos that are too loud, are toned down. However, this plugin prevented some videos from playing. Meaning, there are no other plugins running and interfering with this plugin, and it still prevented those videos from playing. I hope this gets fixed soon!
