用於接管瀏覽器自帶的下載功能，不用單獨單開一個下載頁面。
現時功能：接管瀏覽器下載功能、顯示下載速度、進度、打開文件、打開所在目錄、刪除檔（删除記錄和檔案）、重新下載、删除下載記錄（不刪除檔）、按檔名蒐索、清空下載記錄
更新說明：
由Manifest V2遷移到Manifest V3，由於V3的限制，帶來了以下變動；
1.取消非macOS下的自動改變瀏覽器中挿件圖標顏色功能。
2.macOS下自動改變瀏覽器外掛程式圖標功能改為瀏覽器焦點發生改變時執行，以减少打開視窗的次數
3.圖標由原來的png圖片檔案改為採用OffscreenCanvas實时繪製，囙此某些情况會出現瀏覽器中圖標一閃而過的情况
4.下載完成播放音訊時，非macOS會出現一個小視窗，音訊播放完成後自動關閉（macOS未出現）
