Its a big time saver and what they have built so far is several steps in the right direction vs having to copy and paste info when you are evaluating different companies to work for during the job hunt. I think there is still some functionality that can be added, and some of the fields do not update unless you refresh the page. It simplifies the hardest part, which is keeping everything straight and having some sort of structure to know what to do next. The keywords, templates, and educational videos are helpful too. My favorite part is the work styles quiz that dives into how you may prefer to work and tackle different types of projects. I think it's particularly useful to use if you're comparing company cultures while going through the job process, to help you know what type of environment may be more preferable for your workstyle.

• (2023-03-10) Jessica LeClair: There were a lot of features that I didn't get a ton of use out of, like the keyword analyzer. But Teal made it stupidly easy to keep track of what I'd applied to. I loved having the job description right there, and I loved that Teal kept track of whether it was still posted. The checklists were a nice gentle nudge to do the things I know I should do but are easy to deprioritize. Definitely recommend.

• (2023-03-10) Jeff Peterson: Works well on LinkedIn to save jobs. However the overall tool itself isn't really groundbreaking. Sure it helps with resume updates and keywords, but it doesn't translate to realy world success. Better off using a resume service.

• (2023-03-10) Dean Keesey: The TealHQ Chrome Extension is an incredibly useful tool from Teal and David Fano! The extension works with multiple job posting sites, and lets us easily add a job posting to a list of job postings that I have applied to, or are thinking about applying to. This makes the job descriptions immediately available in the job application tracker tool on the tealhq.com site, which is enormously time saving! All of the most important parts of my job search are supported, for free, from tealhq.com! I'm running all of my job searches from this base of operations from now on! And I'll be using the teal chrome extension to take the grunt work out of getting my applications into tealhq.com!

As a "newbie" in this genre, TealHQ has features typically found in CRM systems as well as AI features that elevate your productivity and keep your focus on the critical activities. Highly recommended!

I also really like that they have a checklist for each part of the process and make it easy to do--for example, they suggest looking for mutual connections on LinkedIn and the link will take you to a prefilled LinkedIn search. I also probably wouldn't have reached out to hiring managers/recruiters on LinkedIn if it weren't for the prompting, and I've already gotten an interview that way.

I can track the jobs I have applied for, keep all my contacts in one place and make notes on meetings I have had or things I need to do. I keep finding more and more to utilize on this app.

  The extension does not trigger on the job site dynamitejobs.com or on the jobot.com site. Is there anyway for a user to manually add these sites? If not, please consider adding these sites to the extension.

I would love to see the ability to add additional key dates along the way, e.g. for positions I'm still researching, an "application due on" date (with reminder option) would be amazing; for jobs I've heard back from, a "first interview date", "technical interview date", etc. field would be helpful to track upcoming preps I have to do. Currently I keep track of these in the "Notes" section, but it would be nice to be able to add these and then see them every time I check on a position, and especially get a reminder for application due dates.

  Extension no longer works on any (at least) Chronium browser (tested Chrome, Brave, Edge) on Windows 10 and MacOS. Just loads a blank white screen. This happens even when signed in, when using private mode, and when disabling all other extensions.
