• (2023-03-17) Cherie John: I had no problem using it in Chrome (3/16/23). I was able to figure out that a vague 1 star review on our etsy shop was because the person did not read the description and was expecting a different type of product (epoxy, but she bought sublimation). It doesn't remove the review, but I am glad to have this feature to be on the lookout for future buyers!

• (2023-02-03) Muscadine Creek: Used to be helpful but then it just stopped working for no reason. I updated Chrome thinking that might be why, didn't work. I removed the extension and redownloaded it, still didn't work. Waste of time if it isn't going to show me anything.

• (2022-11-24) Bianca: It was such a good app but for the last couple of weeks it doesn't show customers reviews anymore, it just keeps showing "loading reviews...". I think it needs an update or something. I would love to give it 5 stars but sadly its not good anymore like it was. Not sure what has changed. Could be from Etsy's side..

Lots of red, time to sound like a total robot and give them absolutely nothing but helpful answers. Lots of green, you can be a bit more human and chatty with the customer without fear of something being taken wildly out of context. 10/10 extension for Etsy sellers <3

I have a crazy lady who bought items 3 times & lied each time & refused to send me photos of her made up damage. She said she threw it in the trash so she could not send photos but she wanted all of her money back even though she trashed it. Now, I can prevent selling to her thank you!!! She's an antiques dealer & poet. I wish these people cared that some sellers are really hurting right now. BUT, I looked up a Karen today who left someone a negative review but it does not show up on her results only her positive ones show. So is there a flaw maybe? I spelled her name correctly, it was simple. I wish I had a role model like you growing up because I would have become a programmer. I regret listening to negative people & thinking women can't do that tech stuff! Wishing you well!! : )
• (2020-12-04) Tiff B: It would be amazing if sellers could leave notes on the karen check page, like a seller review for the buyer. I just had a person say there was part of an order missing when I know it wasn't. She has all positive reviews on her karen check with no feedback left. So its hard to tell if she's a serial scammer or not since she hasn't been leaving any comments in her own reviews. It would be nice to have an note section for circumstances like this one where a seller could note that the buyer claimed missing items or other issues a seller might have with a weird buyer.

• (2020-11-29) Deb Noll: Much needed at this time of a Karen-itis epidemic on Etsy. Especially when there is no way to see their past review history. Lets me know if a buyer is a PITA before I accept the order! I only wish we could see their "score" before they buy, (name only doesn't work) ,and also the items they are talking about in the reviews. Since so many don't even read the listings, where it might have mentioned their issue up front.

• (2023-03-19, v:2.2) Paul Zaino: Extension not loading/working in Chrome anymore
  It was working great for a while. Maybe a Chrome update has caused it to quit. Would love to have it up and running again. Please advise if there is something I can do on my end to resolve it. Looks like many others are having the same problem and have tried several things without any luck. Thank you!

  I am using the latest version of Chrome, and the extension has stopped working. It sometimes will load, but 80% of the time, it's stopped. I have cleared everything, uninstalled the extension, reinstalled, restarted my computer etc. I can manually use it on the website by copying and pasting the buyer's user name but the extension has stopped working for me.

  I have been using Karen Check for my Etsy store for quite a while. For the past month or so, it has sporadically quit working and rebooting my computer has usually been the fix. It has no been 3 days with no KarenCheck with no resolution. I deleted browsing data and cookies for the past 7 days, have deleted and reinstalled KarenCheck, and have restarted Chrome, all to no avail. Might you know what's going on? I've spent hours trying to fix this issue. Thank you.

  Hi there, loved KarenCheck but unfortunately over the last month or so, it just stopped working! Pulling up an Etsy order, it just says "Loading reviews" and never comes back with anything. I uninstalled all over Chrome extensions to see if that was it, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm using 96.0.4664.93 on Windows 10 64-bit. I'd be more than willing to pay a subscription fee for this extension as long as it works! It seriously is great. Thanks for any help.

  Is there any possible way to see the reviews (using the google chrome extension) from the Orders & Shipping page? Right now I can only see them when I click on each order individually. With over 50 orders in my que, it can be tedious to go through & click each ones, just for the review panel to show/pop-out. Love the extension either way & will be donating!

  I don't see any Karen info on my "Orders" or "Messages" page. The extension is pinned on the task bar, but when I click on it....it only opens the homepage for the extension and that it has been installed? How do I get info to show up? And yes, I'm using Chrome.
