• (2023-03-17) Cherie John: I had no problem using it in Chrome (3/16/23). I was able to figure out that a vague 1 star review on our etsy shop was because the person did not read the description and was expecting a different type of product (epoxy, but she bought sublimation). It doesn't remove the review, but I am glad to have this feature to be on the lookout for future buyers!

• (2023-02-03) Muscadine Creek: Used to be helpful but then it just stopped working for no reason. I updated Chrome thinking that might be why, didn't work. I removed the extension and redownloaded it, still didn't work. Waste of time if it isn't going to show me anything.
• (2023-01-24) Sweet Vintage Designs: This has been a godsend for me. I have cancelled and refunded buyers when I see they are a serial negative reviewer or possibly a scammer. It's not working in Chrome lately though.
• (2022-11-24) Bianca: It was such a good app but for the last couple of weeks it doesn't show customers reviews anymore, it just keeps showing "loading reviews...". I think it needs an update or something. I would love to give it 5 stars but sadly its not good anymore like it was. Not sure what has changed. Could be from Etsy's side..

Small businesses have it so rough right now. Karens expect Amazon speediness and to have the item for free. Entitlement is on 11 since the pando started. Thank you for creating something for us to have a little defense. It would be great if we could rate customers as they do us. Until then Karen checker it is!

It just pops up. It even shows up in convos now so I can steer a "Karen" away from a purchase. Thank you so much for this gem!

It would be a raving 5* if it wasn't that the bar extension sometimes works and other times doesn't. I find that most of the time closing the browser and opening it again works but not all the time

Lots of red, time to sound like a total robot and give them absolutely nothing but helpful answers. Lots of green, you can be a bit more human and chatty with the customer without fear of something being taken wildly out of context. 10/10 extension for Etsy sellers <3

I have a crazy lady who bought items 3 times & lied each time & refused to send me photos of her made up damage. She said she threw it in the trash so she could not send photos but she wanted all of her money back even though she trashed it. Now, I can prevent selling to her thank you!!! She's an antiques dealer & poet. I wish these people cared that some sellers are really hurting right now. BUT, I looked up a Karen today who left someone a negative review but it does not show up on her results only her positive ones show. So is there a flaw maybe? I spelled her name correctly, it was simple. I wish I had a role model like you growing up because I would have become a programmer. I regret listening to negative people & thinking women can't do that tech stuff! Wishing you well!! : )
• (2020-12-04) Tiff B: It would be amazing if sellers could leave notes on the karen check page, like a seller review for the buyer. I just had a person say there was part of an order missing when I know it wasn't. She has all positive reviews on her karen check with no feedback left. So its hard to tell if she's a serial scammer or not since she hasn't been leaving any comments in her own reviews. It would be nice to have an note section for circumstances like this one where a seller could note that the buyer claimed missing items or other issues a seller might have with a weird buyer.

This completely solves that problem & lets you know if you might have a difficult customer right from the start so you can handle it accordingly. Thank you so much!!!
• (2020-11-29) Deb Noll: Much needed at this time of a Karen-itis epidemic on Etsy. Especially when there is no way to see their past review history. Lets me know if a buyer is a PITA before I accept the order! I only wish we could see their "score" before they buy, (name only doesn't work) ,and also the items they are talking about in the reviews. Since so many don't even read the listings, where it might have mentioned their issue up front.
