- (2023-07-10) Franchesca Hampton: WAS GREAT -- BUT CANNOT USE!!! This was a GREAT tool!!! It takes amazing notes and summarizations. I think this was amazing. UNTIL they made sharing meeting notes AUTOMATICALLY directly after the meeting default that cannot be turned off unless you upgrade. This caused an issue as meetings start going to clients without review or change. Due to this I cannot keep using it, which I'm very sad about!

I often got by in meetings either scribbling notes on my notepad (barely legible) or typing notes in my noto app, and that was "good enough" for me. But now I feel like I have super powers, I can be fully engaged in my meetings without missing a crucial moment or sentence. When the meeting is done I have my notes right in my account: magic.

Now I can stay present in my meetings without worrying about taking notes, and my notes are automatically shared with my team following a meeting so everyone stays on the same page. The summaries are more accurate than other AI note-taking tools, and with templates I can easily customize the format of my notes. Love this tool!!
- (2023-06-05) Brand Admin: Wow. This started saving me 40 minutes a day IMMEDIATELY. Plus, I look super organized to anyone that is on a call with me. How soon before I can get this on Zoom, and on my phone... and can you just put a chip in my ear please? (Mostly kidding.)

- (2023-05-09) Brad Collins: They have a very shady practice whereby they are forcing you to become a paid user by automatically sharing your meeting notes with the meeting participants. In addition, the Chrome Extension isn't working correctly to begin with - it is not working at all.
- (2023-04-26) Therese “MJ” J.: I just bought your monthly plan to test it out. But unfortunately, it didn't work as advertised. Gave me an error message of "This recording is too short to receive notes". I imported a 30 minute meeting but no meeting template and no meeting notes were generated. I submitted an email request 30 minutes ago for help. My email tracker notified me that it was already viewed but there was no acknowledgement at all that the ticket has been received. Considering that you don't offer a free trial, it's incredibly disappointing that you ask your subscribers to pay upfront and yet you couldn't even deliver the service.
