• (2022-05-25) Raj Persaud: If you have a BUSY LIFE or are NEURODIVERGENT, this is for you! Over the years I've used a number of extensions, many of which were focused on turning the NEW TAB page into a HELPFUL COMPASS / ORGANIZER / REMINDER and general PRODUCTIVITY MACHINE. As someone with ADHD and a mind that's always juggling 50 tasks in 5 different areas at once (or at least that's what it feels like), this extension has been a GOD-SEND. It's simple, nearly crashproof, and really nails it when it comes to functionality & organization mastery. My only wish is that the developer would further IMPROVE the FORMATTING OPTIONS. It would be incredibly helpful if you could use a DIFFERENT FONT (or SET of FONTS) than the single STANDARD DEFAULT it comes with (especially when you're writing numbers or need to emphasize things in a way beyond just bold or underline). The current option can cause what you're looking at to seem MONOTONOUS, which defeats its ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS. Even more helpful would be the simple ability to, within each ITEM/TASK BOX, use COLORS or HIGHLIGHTS. Since I use this extension now as my FIRST GO-TO for ordering my life when I'm working at my laptop, I have also migrated notes that go along with each task. It's become increasingly tougher to easily spot the highlights in a task's note. So, yes, my two recommendations/feature requests would be: — Ability to use your OWN DEFAULT FONTS (or have a BETTER SELECTION with some VARIETY) — Ability to use COLORS/HIGHLIGHTING within the TASK BOX itself (to make an item's notes even more actionable & user-friendly). I want to introduce KanbanTab to everyone I know! It really has been that much of a huge timesaver for me. Thank you to the developer! Would love to keep using.

• (2021-09-16) Data Kids: As an employer, I've been searching for an app to use for managing clients and projects. Being a bit of a perfectionist, KanbanTab fit the bill perfectly! I can manage up to a ton of different projects at a time with projects being at different stages. The simplicity of this app along with the customization allows me to view and adjust from any where, at any time. I had also shared this app with my employees and they love using KanbanTab too because it allows them to see in real time what is happening with their clients and projects without requiring me to keep them updated all the time. Highly recommended to businesses!
• (2021-09-16) Rachel Puen: Love it!!! Kanban Tab is a great & intuitive way to make lists and help me with my procrastination. I used to make todo paper lists and it was really time consuming to make new ones everyday. Also, its not the best for the environment. With Kanban Tab, I can drag my done items to the “Done” list, which is a nice reminder of things accomplished. The app is most useful for keeping track of things that are important and I can add it to any personal/ work/family/ lists. It also helps me to prioritize things because I get to drag items up and down according to priority. FIVE STARS!

Very sad :-( Question: Would it be possible to simply drag & drop any browser tab into the Kanban board to record that tasks still need to be completed in that browser tab?

• (2021-01-26) Thea Tapson: I really like this extension, but it's not useful for me if it is only useable by overwriting my new tab settings. Ultimately, I ended up removing it from my chrome and creating another chrome user to run it on so that I can keep the functionality of using it, without losing access to my new tab settings, which I have set up with frequently used bookmarks, access to my app suite and other functionality that I didn't want to lose. It's not ideal to switch between browsers when I want to access it however, so I can only rightly give this 3 stars, as I would replace it with another extension if it had the functionality I want. Ideally, this could be set up to pin an extension button to toggle access instead of overwriting it. I would also like to be able to see the ability to use keyboard shortcuts to create new items rather than clicking with my mouse in a future update.

  On October 23rd you said the below to a user. I can't figure out how to do it though? How can I make it NOT my "default tab", but instead, have it come up only when I click on the KanbanTab icon pinned in the top right corner? "Hi again, Thea! You're now able to open KanbanTab in a separate tab (instead of being forced to having it as the default tab). Please let me know if you have any more feedback, and I'll try to have it done earlier than 581 days next time 🤓"

  Hello, First of all, excellent work! I found this app incredibly useful and I plan to continue using it in the future. I am writing to suggest a new feature that I believe would enhance the functionality of the Kanban system. It would be highly convenient if items added to a specific stack, such as the "Done" stack in my case, could be marked as completed automatically. Additionally, if these completed items could be automatically deleted after a specified number of days. These options can be simply provided within stack's menu (via three dots).   Hi Tomas, Wonderful tool you've built. I noticed on my widescreen the Kanban boards are shifting off-center to the right. To be clear, the page header with the left logo and right justified action icons are centered at the top. The issue comes when I add additional columns which pushes the justification to the right, throwing the columns off-center. Unfortunately this is making it hard to use with +4 columns. As a future idea, it would be wonderful to also have swim lanes, where there could be multiple projects per column. Thank you for your generosity and building out this tool.   Hi, I'm from Brazil and trying KanbanTab (on cryptobrowser). When I ty to move a task, It works, but: - The "remove" area keeps open; - The board became freeze (can do anything) - After reload or open another tab, the task I moved is back to the previws place. Could you help me? Thanks

  I really like this tool, however, I would prefer to use it by having it be a pinned tab beside my default new tab setting, as I already use that for other things. In order to use it the way I wish to, at the moment, I have to keep enabling it and disabling it, when I would rather have constant access to it, without losing me default setting.
