I have been an avid user since it came out. Yes, sometimes it stops working but it can be an extension that is blocking it such as an ad blocker or even clearing your cache. Just click off the extension until you find what is blocking it. Cleaning the browser and cache works miracles. It is not worth get frustrated over because it is an easy uninstall and install. I am sure the creators are hard at work to improve the app and as with everything, it is not infallible but when it works it is great! Thank you for all your hard work. An ex-IT app tester
