So Microsoft is paying malware writers to write garbage to falsely increase the bing usage rankings? OR they just offer bounties for search traffic to their failed search engine which is effectively the same thing. More reason Microsoft should be in the cross hairs of the department of justice (instead of Amazon & Google... they aren't wonderful but compared to these types of nefarious schemes)
