Top Bottom Scroll extension adds “Scroll to top” and “Scroll to bottom” buttons on any page.

You can blacklist some websites so buttons won’t display.
Also, you can temporarily disable buttons.

Please note: this extension doesn’t work on every page due to technical reasons - a website can manage scroll in many different ways.

User 2021-02-21: Лучшее расширение из всех возможных. Низкий покон, до земли, разработчикам. Перерыл всё скрол бары подряд - всё не то. Но тут и медленная скорость, если просто наводить курором и молненосно быстрая, если нажать. Это очень удобно. Благодаря этому расширению, моя работа стала быстрее. Это очень важно! Спасибо!
