- Die Wahl eines männlichen Sprechers ist zwar möglich, funktioniert aber nicht! Sonst tut die App was man von ihr erwartet. Äußerst negativ ist, dass diese App die Funktion Neuer Tab [+] auf unerwünschte Weise manipuliert ! Ich denke, dass ich diese App deinstallieren sollte.

- Me ha gustado mucho, va bien con el navegador,no he tenido ningún problema, interpreta bien abreviaturas, eso es fantástico, PERO me gustaría que al momento de leer el texto, la extensión vaya seleccionando cada palabra que lee automáticamente, esto sería excelente.

- Hatte bislang im Google Chrome die Vorlese-Erweiterung "Speak it" von ispeech.org im Einsatz. Von dieser Erweiterung war ich mehr als begeistert, da sie seit Jahren einwandfrei funktionierte und das machte, was sie sollte. Darüber hinaus gab es zahlreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten wie die Auswahl des Sprechers (u. a. Google Deutsch, je nachdem, welche Stimme einem gefällt) sowie Anpassungen bei der Tonhöhe, der Vorlese-Geschwindigkeit und der Lautstärke. Darüber hinaus konnte man dort während des Vorlesen die Funktion pausieren oder stoppen, z. B. um an einer anderen Stelle vorlesen zu lassen. Leider wird diese Erweiterung nicht mehr im Chrome Store angeboten, so dass ich sie auf einem Tablet nach der Installation von Chrome nun nicht mehr installieren konnte. War deshalb auf der Suche nach einem passenden Ersatz und bin auf diese Erweiterung "Speak It!" gestoßen. Und mit dieser bin ich weitgehend zufrieden. Zugegeben: Es passt leider nicht alles, da meine bisherige Erweiterung mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten bot. Aber man kann hier zumindest mit einer Dropdown-Auswahl die Sprache (deutsch, englisch, französisch oder spanisch), das Geschlecht, die Geschwindigkeit (5 Stufen), die Tonhöhe (3 Stufen) sowie die Lautstärke (3 Stufen) anpassen. Und das ist schon einmal mehr als das, was einige andere Vorleser-Erweiterungen im Chrome Store bieten. Zwar fehlt mir die Möglichkeit, einen anderen Sprecher auszuwählen. Der Text lässt sich auch nicht durch Klick auf das Erweiterungen-Symbol vorlesen, sondern nur über das Kontextmenü. Und es gibt leider auch keine Option, das Vorlesen zu pausieren oder zu stoppen. Über das Erweiterungen-Symbol zeigt einfach nur die Einstellungen der Erweiterung. Aber im gesamten macht sie - zumindest grundsätzlich - das, was ich suche. Und funktioniert beim Vorlesen soweit zuverlässig. Deshalb werde ich die Erweiterung bis auf Weiteres erst einmal behalten und nutzen. Sobald die "Verbesserungen" noch ergänzt wurden, gibt es auch volle 5 statt nun 4 Sterne.
