Not a great first impression and certainly not something that makes me want to purchase anything from you.

One of them showed that their one and only category is Restaurant, but they're an HVAC company. GMB Everywhere had the correct results. So, I'm wondering where the category, Restaurant, came from and why it's not showing accurately through the GMB Crush extension.

• (2021-09-20) John-Pierre Cornelissen: The only useful thing of this extension is, is that it allows you to find all categories that are assigned to a listing. It might be helpful to find the number of post, but performing that additional search takes at least a minute for each location even if they don't have posts at all. For listings wit posts it takes several minutes to count them. Also, I find the search screen not intuitive at all. Doing a keyword search in maps and grab top 20 results in a nice table, but it only provides the main category and from the address only the street and number, so now way to tell which location is in another city.
• (2021-09-20) Smile Dental: GMB Crush has showed me how easy it will be to get in the top 3 local map packs, and I can also use this data to help out other business owners do the same thing! For FREE, this is definitely a no brainer for anyone wanting more business. Thanks for the developer for this extension.

We are able to build spreadsheets on competitors keywords and audit pretty much every aspect of their gmb. If your wondering why you should audit gmb, this probably isnt for you.. See your competitors CID, GMB post updates, categories, reviews, description etc. For agencies looking for new clients, search any category, click "get results" for a spreadsheet of the top 20 listings with contact phone number and address. As suggested when looking for new clients I call those not in the top 3 with many review because they should be easy to to rank. Besides been an awesome plugin GMB Crush facebook support group https://www.facebook.com/groups/gmbcrushers has fantastic support and ongoing training. To top it off it's completely free.

But the greatest part is that you can easily compare your top 20 competitors. Detecting keyword stuffing in titles, main categories and secondary categories, rating, number of reviews, word count, post count and publishing frequency in matter of minutes! • (2021-02-09) Rob Thomas: I downloaded the extension and started trying it on a couple of our clients listings for one or two category keywords and obviously came up with different 3-pack competitors for each. But when I ran the GMB Crush extension on all of them, whilst it gathered data on most fields, for every one it said "No description found" when I manually check there are descriptions on all of them and our client! Do you have a bug you're trying to fix?

  Hi there, I love this plugin however I'm concerned that the results it shows are effected by my personal search history. I often use an incognito tab to eliminate this problem but your plugin can only be used via a regular tab. I've allowed the plugin to be used in incognito but when I click extension to start the process, it automatically opens a tab in a regular tab. So my question is does the search results use your personal search history while using the tool to show rankings/competition? If it does, you should definitely make it usable within an incognito window! Thanks! I am eagerly awaiting your reply, Gabe
