Enable Copy Paste - E.C.P

This did not work at all. I followed the steps. I enabled it and it did NOT work

This is the worst extension I had used till now. It breaks keyboard shortcuts. The developers aren't even trying to fix it.

Some features have stopped working.

Works great, but causes issues on other websites. On most other websites, like the google search bar, when i click enter, it inserts a new line instead of submitting my search. Disabling this extension makes it work normally.

Does the work but you have to enable it only when you want to use it and not all the time as it breaks multiple features using Brave

It immediately provided me access to selecting, copying and pasting for sites where it was otherwise blocked which was a lifesaver. However it breaks the video shortcuts on YouTube for me (eg. arrows for forward/back and space for pause), so I need to manually enable/disable this extension.

Great but don't forget to close the aggressive mode at the end.

Works great but may break some websites. Set it to only be active when you click it in the extensions menu. I found it broke alot of shortcuts such as youtube shortcuts like pausing, fast foward/rewind, volume.

It disables the arrow keys of the keyboard even when not using the "aggressive" mode.

When you enable this plugin, pressing 'Enter' in the <textarea> will create a new line instead of submitting.

This extensions is authentic it does allow to copy from the websites that dont allow u to copy i thought it was false work rather its effortless and excellent

Works perfectly, thank you very much. Most of the time I don't even want to take anything and want to highlight some text but by disabling c/p the text selection is also disabled! Selecting text makes things easier to read. Most modern sites don't do this anymore but the older ones persist in doing this. Also, by doing this it makes visitors want to take some of the text out of spite for making their much needed right click menu being partially disabled. Webmasters really need to learn not mess with visitors functions! "I wasn't intending to take anything before but I sure as heck am now!" Ding dongs.

Woah, that extension is amazing! I just downloaded it, copied some text and pasted it back in even though the site prevented it. I would definitely recommend this. Although I do feel like there should be a whitelist / blacklist site option so it's not on by default because it interferes with certain sites that do have Copy and Paste enabled.

Many web breaking side-effects. This would be exactly what I needed and a 5 star plugin, except for the fact that it hijacks keys when enabled. It took me far too long to figure out why I could no longer send messages in Discord or Google Chat. Pressing Enter with this plugin enabled sends the same as SHIFT+ENTER, which is a new line, preventing me from actually sending the message without using the mouse to press the send button (which Discord doesn't have). It also hijacks keys from some online games. I could join, but no longer move with the WASD keys. Lastly, it prevents me from joining Chime meetings. Not sure why. I enter my name, but the "Join meeting" button remains grayed out until I disable Copy and Paste in this plugin and reload the page. Hoping that can be fixed, then I'll up to a 5-star.

Would be 5 stars, if you told us more clearly: is there any side-effects if I keep this enabled all the time? Why is this not enabled by default? I installed this TODAY on both Chrome and Edge, works at least for ConsumerLab website which is THE best supplement web site.

its working fine on weboc website in Pakistan. they block copy paste feature but after installing this extension .i can paste my text etc.

First extension I've seen that works with some sites. One example of it working is some school sites that prevent copying and pasting of text for code so students have to re-type it. Excellent work! I've used it in Chromium, Brave and Chrome - works fine in all of these. No broken keyboard functionality. No disablement of right-click. No problems others have said exist.

It works but every time I would click on a link in a google search, I was redirected to Amazon search. I went through my extensions and turned them off one at a time. This one was the culprit. It was hijacking my clicks and sending me to Amazon. It adds a referral code so that they get paid when you click on something. That is why it breaks things on other websites like many have complained about

yeah it works, just disable it when you're not using it. it tweaks up my keyboard controls a little but it's nothing that'll harm your computer.
