Service Now on Small monitors
Inside SAP we are using Service Now, but service now have 2 UIs on UI16 in the dashboards there are the link to a support case only for that UI. This extension add a extra button so the engineer can access the support case in both UI, the regular one and the newest one Agent Workspace
