- many years a customer, but what is annoying is you send pop ups just as bad as any site to bully me to pay up, I cant on time, because i have cancer and live on a benefit for the invalids, I also hate you tube saying turn off your total AV , dam adverts that are scams, did u know 2800 adverts to one hour story, over night asleep it jumped to 12k adverts blocked, i que tonnes of anime and audio books, its annoying they want $22 a month ad free you want $19 a month Im never sure of currency when it used to be a yearly now is monthly , i buy a $3000 computer, i only came back to stop your own invasive pop up advert, shame on you bullying me, Your staff are polite, service wise outstanding and unremarkable , i'm only loyal but if i found a problem the good thing is there is people like ninjahs in the software . if u bully old people, i will ask my son to help, stop changing everything us old people never had computer at school wasn't invented. Young peeps can do it I have to ask a friend. I suggest you make a retired pack and that would be cool and talk to you tube, 99% of their adverts are gaming , things i don't do. you should make a elder senior retirement package is like stripping back to what is needed, no jiberish computer language some days I wanna throw it out the window being fake news, fake pictures , Ai stuff, its rude, my 4 grandads went to war 1940 to give u freedom, Your lucky u understand, my temper has grown bigger with this emotional blackmail. Consistent bullying adverts from Total AV I am not a happy customer and see profit n greed over your defence instead of helping the people, FFS cut it out. clearly state what money currency, as UK x3 and USA x 2 for us kiwis. $19 is $34. now leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!

- This is a scam once you get it. I was in auto renew and want to get out. It says how to contact them but it doesn't. Also, every box to click titled Cancel my subscription does nothing. It will not go anywhere I can cancel. what a scam. I am trying to get rid of them by not allowing payment to them on my credit card. I am sick of this company. I will not pay them and will tell everyone I know not to deal with them.

- I never understood how many popups and ads there were until I downloaded this ad blocker. I am absolutely inundated with popups and ads now. The app on the toolbar keeps suggesting that I log in. I have logged in 5 or 6 times in the last few days and nothing happens. I'm attempting to use the premium version which I have already paid for but am getting nothing. If this won't work what was the point of buying and installing? I want my money back.

- For quite some time I was trying to renew my TotalAV subscription with no luck. The problem was every time I tried to renew my new charge card number was rejected. I was somewhat frustrated because in my book TotalAV is the ONLY antivirus I will trust. When the protection finally expired, I received a notification from Total AV that renewal was available and there was a link to follow, which I immediately did. Everything went through with the charge card and I feel comfortable to have my "old faithful" back. Only thing I would like to ad is if there would have been a phone number available to call for help I would have been able to address the problem earlier on. Truly, I feel much more comfortable now! Thank you!

- This thing is doing EXACTLY what it's supposed to be suppressing. Everytime I open chrome, it pops open a new window telling me I have an offer to purchase TotalAd Block. WHY?? I have TotalAV Suite and AdBlock is included... why keep popping a new window up? It's not useful whatsoever and there is no setting that I can find in Google Settings to make it stop. best way.. remove it altogether. Seriously Devs... do better.

- I had originally given this 4 stars... It declined to 3 when it started not recognizing it was installed, and is now down to 2 stars as it is becoming nearly as intrusive and stupid as the ads it was designed to block. I will not renew my subscription

- I was tripled billed and the total ad block doesn't even work. I contacted the Help centre and they wanted $5 to assist me. I have a ticket for someone to contact me back but they haven't. This is a total scam.

- I love the new (to me) website. It is much easier to navigate and find the information needed. I have had great success at blocking ads and popups. The only thing confusing to me is the different products. What is the difference between TotalAV and Total Ad Blocker. Do I need both?

- all is fine when all set up but far to complicated to install,,and far to pushy trying to get you buy endless addons,, it should just show a list of available add ons so can easy tick any wanted rather than never ending popups
