Eh If you refresh, your markups will NOT be there.. As soon as you close the browser, markups will be gone, however, like some similar extensions, you have the option to take a screenshot. Ok In this extension, they offer a PNG or Vector format.. Vector could use some explanation. I can't find a reason to favor this extension over similar ones.
