- Easy and FREE! I had about 2.2k tagged photos so it took about 30 mins for the whole process on my Macbook. Tips for anyone who is a bit of a computer dummy like me; I had never used a 'chrome extension tool' before but it was quite easy but at the end when I chose where to download them and clicked 'save' I straight away closed the browser and went to that folder on my computer and they weren't there which confused me but I didn't realise it was still downloading the file at the top of my chrome page and took about 10 minutes. So after you choose where to save them and click save make sure you give it some time to download. So total time: after the extension had scanned how many photos I had on facebook it took about 20 minutes to download them all on the sidebar extension thing then an additional 10 minutes to download the folder into my computer. All together really good and simple for someone who doesn't know about extensions like me! Also my computer is about 4 years old so might be slow. Thank you!

- Thank you so much for creating such an efficient, and easy to use tool. Echoing what everyone is saying: this saved me a ton of time and stress. The upgrade is certainly worth it ($10 CAD). For those potentially confused (like I was) on how to upgrade: you have to initiate the download first, and once they're all ready, you'll be presented with an option to upgrade which adds the meta data to the photos after you pay. I got 400 pictures downloaded and on google photos in under 20 mins. Absolute gem.
