Mailtrail is an AI powered email follow-up automation tool which:
1. sends personalized automated follow-up email messages (which look manual) to your recipients for you
2. keeps track of their opens/link clicks and replies
3. auto-magically reminds you about any future date/time mentioned by your recipient and blocks your calendar
Mailtrail is the result of our frustration with the CURRENT automated follow-up tools which DON’T provide the functionality to:
1. change the follow up sequence based on recipient actions such as email open and link click
2. stop the follow-up sequence from within Gmail if some other channel such as a call, text, or chat has been used to communicate with the recipient
3. manually trigger a sequence if you forget to trigger it while sending the initial mail, and
4. remind the sender about any future date/time mentioned by the recipient for a meeting, call, or as a deadline
