- (2021-06-21) Robert Crooks: This is a pretty cool plugin/app in the way that it can ingest so many different kinds of documents and pages and then allow my team and I to share markup using highlighters. I mean, I guess you can do that in Word or Google Docs, but it's where Mindstone takes it from there--and where it's going that the excitement starts. The spaced repetition to help you learn the content is directly in line with what we're working on and absolutely necessary if your goal is to be able to actually retain what you read!

If you work with articles and books, there is no better way of keeping track of your notes and highlights. The team behind it is also very helpful and takes the advice of its users very seriously. However, I did not rate it all five stars because sometimes the extension would fail to open some PDFs I wanted to read in the app. It would be very nice of the devs to look into it!

Covers Video, Audio, PDF, Text etc, etc. This beats Pocket for me because I can then go in and start learning from everything I've loaded in with notes, highlighting, chatting to colleagues and much more!
