Ввел туда скам-сайт, рекламный фейк-трекер torrentdownloads.uproxy2.biz, в настройках он числится заблокированным, но точно так же открывается. На других сайтах даже не проверял, просто снёс. Разраб, научись программированию, потом будешь расширения делать.

It block sites!!!!! It's also quite easy to block the sites using this extension just go to the site and click on + . Very helpful!! Thank you.
