Original Review 05-30-2023: The plugin fosters age discrimination - The education section of your profile RERQUIRES dates which is a slick way companies use to foster AGE DISCRIMINATION. The education dates should not be REQUIRED. Hope these guys will see the light and fix this soon. For the ONE person who found my review "unhelpful", I hope you KNOW that age discrimination impacts a wide variety of job seekers including those in the EARLY parts of their careers as well as seasoned professionals. It is ILLEGAL in most states to ask for ANY information in a job application that will lead to ANY kind of discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.
• (2023-12-03) Yutan Zhang: Single best extension I've used during job search. It fills tedious job applications in literally one click, and must have saved days of my time. Absolutely love it! The only thing to improve is maybe to add more information to my account of the app based on the questions I've run into when applying for jobs, so that it can automatically answer the same weird questions automatically in the future.

However, one thing can be incorporated I think is that if I apply from sites other than simplify jobs and fill up the form using simplify extension, it would be great if simply can automatically add that job in my application page.

This is were Simplify Copilot comes and takes the burden from your sholders, so you can focus on the interview rather than stuck with number of applications filled

• (2023-10-27) Josh Vasquez: The extension removes the tedium of filling out job applications and makes it possible to get many more throughout the day. The education section does not really account for non-traditional education routes and lacks the flexibility to include them.
