While we have remote access built into our identity management system, I find myself always installing GetScreen because its just so much better.

I also was able to view my systems through my cell phone and access data if needed. My first impression of the product was unclear as I needed to review the video tutorials and play with the system for a few minutes and set up my profiles and teams. This tool has replaced TeamViewer hands down. it a must buy.

Support for Android is a big bonus for us. Will be looking forward to iOS support in the near future. One downside is they currently lack proxy servers in Asia, so the latency can be a little high.
