Hopefully the free-to-use version would be improved to support 1 active unlimited session rather than only 1 active unlimited session per day, since the connection drops from time to time and once that happens, you're limited to only 15min before having to reconnect again, and again, and again, and again.

Simple and it has everything we need like file sharing, background connect etc The main advantage is the admin is not needed to install any software to control the client, it is web based which is very convenient.

Even for Mac remote support sometimes it's a pain or an issue getting through all the security prompts but this software had no issues and walked me right through it. I'm able to access my Desktop at home quickly and efficiently, transfer files, etc. It's great!

For an unattended setup (the main use case for me being to access home/work devices from wherever I am), simply set up the agent on the target device(s), add them to your account and you're done! On mobile devices, interaction is greatly facilitated by the cursor mode which comes as default (i.e. in which the mouse actions - left or right click - are decoupled from the mouse location, thus you can zoom in, location your mouse, then top for a left click wherever it's more convenient for you and _not_ necessarily on the target item). Believe me, this is a game-saver when accessing a large-screen desktop from a mobile device. It works so much better for positioning/interaction than Windows Remote Desktop. Since starting using the product ~1 year ago I never encountered a downtime on behalf of GetScreen.me platform. The agent app on the target devices is consuming very low resources and is practically invisible (no notifications or other nags).
