- I read some of the reviews first before adding but I was not convinced enough so I tried adding the extension and tested it with my other Facebook account and it surprisingly work! I followed what the review said, I went to the Facebook messenger and it works! Thank you for this extension, this will be very useful!

- Wow... after searching for a LONG time to find something simular to the FB Unseen extension that stopped working... tried this... and holy cow... it works.... One annoying thing tho ... when you actually did read it.. it keeps showing as unread when you go back to FB later on...or when you go back to the "home" of FB when you checked other pages. or profiles..

- It works ONLY in Facebook Messenger, it does NOT work in Messenger. I don't use face book because I deactivate my account because my account likes and follows people randomly. Maybe it doesnt work on Messenger because of my browser (an Opera GX).

- This extension is working on both messenger and Facebook websites

- FYI, this extension is for the Chrome browser on a MAC & PC desktop or laptop computer; it doesn't work on the mobile app versions of FB or Messenger. If using a computer, this works exactly as described. If using mobile app, this will not work for those.

- in the facebook website, the messages are still seen, but in messenger dot com, it works. the messages are not seen

- It will work if you install google chrome with admin privilege. It wont work when you install without admin privilege.

- it's working great since installation, but i hope the devs add a new feature where you can decide whether you want the people messaged you, know if it is "delivered" or just "sent." some of you probably don't know this but whenever you're online and they sent you a message it will be seen as "delivered" in their POV. it will make this extension even greater if we could decide what the messenger sees after they send their message, ie "delivered" or "sent"

- Just tested it out with a friend, on both the Messenger Windows app and Chrome browser. My friend (on his mobile) saw the 'read receipt' both times.

- It does keep messages from showing as "seen." This developer seems to be the only one offering unseen-type extensions that work in 2021. I use "Unseen Message" in Chrome (2021) and "Social Tools" in Firefox, both for the same purpose (i.e. keeping messages from registering as "seen"). Thank you for keeping up with FB changes!
