Your FAQs say "Clipular will continue to work, but all improvements, new features and support will be provided only in ScreenClip." Actually, Clipular stopped working for me over a year ago. I got a new computer and since then when I sign into Clipular I get a pop up telling me to download the chrome extension but when I click download nothing happens. So I haven't been able to save any new content on Clipular, though I can still see the stuff I already had saved. I couldn't find any active support to help with this issue. Now you have this new rebrand I've just signed into ScreenClip using the same Google account and it's completely blank. How can I import everything I have saved in Clipular (hundreds of images)? Or is that just going to be stuck there and I have to start from scratch in screenclip with no way to bring the old and new collections together?
