🚀 FAQ
⭐️ Are you going to make a Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey script?
Unfortunately, no. I do not have time to maintain any more code
⭐️ What about Vivaldi/Brave/Edge/Opera and other browsers?
The extension can be natively installed on all chromium browsers
⭐️ What about Safari and MacOs?
The store charges 100$ per year to post apps, which I cannot afford
⭐️ How can I use this on mobile?
Since neither Chrome or Firefox allow for extensions in mobile browsers, you need to install a chromium distribution that does. I recommend Kiwi Browser (if you have any issues, please report them, still testing mobile support)

- (2025-07-29) Mojtaba Javan: Well done. It has a clear UI. It does what it promises. I was mainly looking for a way to hide all those useless "John likes ..." or "Jane comments on ..." stuff from my feed. But it has many more options to declutter the LinkedIn. Althought, it makes the page a bit slower, but it's expected I guess. Not sure. And finally, what a shame that LinkedIn itself doesn't have some (if not all) of these settings.
- (2025-07-21) Salvador Sánchez Campos: Great job, please keep working on it!
- (2025-07-18) Elizabeth Baldwin: Whew. Provides settings that ought to be available officially. Makes the LinkedIn experience usable.
- (2025-07-16) Hengbin Fang: not bad. can you make it so that the moment i load up linkedin i dont get to see any hook? 1s viewing a hook could still be something edit: if i combine one sec + this extension i wont see anything haha nice
- (2025-07-12) Khushil N: Goated extension. I was recommended this extenion by Perplexity AI and while I've just used this for 1 hour to understand how it works, I've come to the realisation that this is exactly what I needed. My Linkedin feed is flooded with too many junk posts and this has helped me filter through the noise.
- (2025-06-25) Adam Rouse: Fantastic extension! My LinkedIn feed was filled posts that my connections liked or celebrated, etc. Frankly, I don't care what posts they like. I initially wasn't a fan of the "gentle" mode that dimmed the unwanted posts, but then I realized I could toggle that off and poof, the dimmed posts were gone. 5 stars!
- (2025-06-24) Alankrit Khatri: pls add a filter with which i only see job posts on linkedin not bs posts from people. the text posts im talking about
- (2025-06-15) Vsevolod Tsiliurik: Absolutely invaluable on LinkedIn. They have to work on their UX. Doesn't allow to mass unfollow connections that you didn't explicitly follow though. Yes, on LinkedIn thre are 2 types of "following" - when you are Connected, and when you are actually Following. The "implicit Connection following" is the cause of the "spammed cluttered feed" problem.
- (2025-05-30) Elad Warshawsky: removed the bs on the page as advertised
- (2025-05-04) Aditya Salunkhe: Super helpful!
- (2025-04-03) Oscar Rego: 10/10 just wat i was looking for
- (2024-12-31) Oren Brigg: Thank you for this creation! As soon as I started tweaking the filtering options, my feed became more relevant and less noisy.
- (2024-10-31) Darren Nix: I was thinking about writing a chrome extension to block "work anniversary" posts, and then I found that it already exists! And it works!
- (2024-07-01) Michael Potter: This works. I am giving it four stars because the screen redraws as it figures out what is spam. That is annoying when I am commenting on a post and the screen redraws. Still worth it tho. I found this when I was looking for something that would block AI Generated images on LI. This does not do that explicitly, but it seems like I am seeing far fewer AI generated images after I installed this plugin.
- (2024-04-10) Sean Caster: Ignore Ky Nam, please, he's literally shilling his own, worse, seemingly closed-source extension
- (2023-01-18) Gary Singh: Great extension. Seems like 90%+ of the feed is junk. Giving 4 stars because it blocked the ABC likes this but didn't block ABC supports this

- (2022-12-05) Sebastian NetBet: So far it's being really useful. I'm not putting 5 stars just because it's still a bit slow to load the feed when the filters are on and there are matches to these filters, so you still see the hidden posts for few seconds.

- (2022-10-14) Michael Ma: This extension is still under development - but it's already fantastically helpful for silencing SO MUCH of the noise on the LinkedIn Feed. It's clear that LinkedIn is focused on it's Sales Navigator / ads / hiring monetization strategy. This means that consumer / P2P / CRM / networking use cases are left to the wayside. LinkOff fills that huge gap. Please support this app and let's contribute to make it better!

- (2022-10-10) Dirk Hohndel: Making LinkedIn marginally useful again. It's depressing to see that 90+% of the feed is just junk (dim mode by default makes this so much more obvious). This extension has me spend less time on LinkedIn and see actual content by my connections. So yay! And of course it's open source and not a commercial endeavor that tries to harvest data from my system - so extra credit for that as well. THANKS for your amazing work, Noah!
- (2022-08-15) irina alymova: Although some reactions to posts were hidden, others were not. It really did nothing for me as I wanted to hide all reactions.

- (2022-07-08) Caracal Keithrafferty: Found this by Googling "hide linkedin news extension", and entered the Play Store through a link. I found the first selection unfitting, so I went to this one in a suggested list. I found the app very customizable and handy for reasons beyond my first intent (to hide the LinkedIn news section). Let's hope I glean some more wellness from not having news blasted at me lol.

- (2022-04-20) Hannes Hetzer: Exactly what I've been looking for. Before my LinkedIn feed was useless because there were so many irrelevant posts when one of my connections liked/reacted to a post. Now I can save a ton of time by just looking at the posts of my connections. Thank you!!

- (2022-03-13) Adi Surani: Great extension! Awesome that it works to also customize your filters! (The initial fetch is not cleaned, but after you start scrolling works great)

- (2021-05-18) Robert - Green Talent Co: I've seriously been looking for something to hide Promoted for a long time. It does that and more!
