• (2021-10-31) Donizeti Ferreira: It's been 3 days since I bought the key. They spend the forecast of 3 hours for release and so far nothing. No feedback and no support channels, not even by email. If I release the key soon, I change my assessment.

They have a cloud bot as well, but this is going to be a bit more limited in terms of what it can do when compared to downloading their service. They also have really good support that you can rely on when you’re having technical issues.
