My agency, like many Farmers agents, uses InsureBot to bridge lead info from Agency Zoom to the Farmers quoting system. This used to work flawlessly. Over the past couple of months, it seems to randomly work. Many times I have to attempt the bridge multiple times to get it to work. Sometimes I have uninstall and reinstall to rectify the problem. Hey ya'll I figured out a way to bypass the issue we're all dealing with! Currently after you've downloaded and enabled the extension, you can't select either recipe option nor the "next" button. This is stopping AgencyZoom from bridging to eFarmers. SOLUTION: Click the puzzle piece button in the top right corner of the screen, then select InsurBot. This should pull up a new screen where you can select either recipe option and the "next" button to begin the bridge! - (2022-10-19, v:1.3) Olivia House: Can't Select Either Recipe

I use Agency Zoom and I'm a Farmers Agent. Farmers did an update and now the e-mail & phone number of the lead do not transfer any longer into our quoting system. We have to add every one manually and that is a pain in the booty. I need you to please preform an update so the info will transfer. Please Please Please
