I have two different websites and even if I change the website on the extension and change it on the website dashboard it will have the wrong sales in the wrong account which screws up my finances. Also it doesn't list correctly. I have gone in and have over 200 that didn't list because of some error. I did a new template , went into individual listings and they were correct but they show error still on FB commerce manager. I have reached out to no avail. DON"T get this. They need some major upgrades or something so it works correctly. Could be a good app but I think they are counting on affiliates to sell it and don't really focus on the actual app working.

Now you'll have all the fb sellers competing for the same item and driving the price down to zero proft while you're the one making more profits.
• (2022-01-18) Jacobo Uribe: I will start this off by saying this is the best Facebook Marketplace dropshipping software available. This sadly doesn't mean that it is a good software, it just means there aren't a lot of other options available. This allows the developer and their team to be lazier and not have a polished product. I am a paid customer and have been using them for several months. They have a few really useful features that you can't find with other softwares (ex. ZeeDrop). Here is where they really fall short and for me this is important enough to knock it down from 5 stars to 1 star: -There are a lot of bugs. Most of the features work correctly, but a lot of others take a lot of extra manual work due to the fact that they only work partially or reverse themselves over time, forcing you to activate a certain feature constantly in order for it to be functional again. -The customer service is very subpar. I am constantly being hit with automatic, robotic and frankly disrespectfully stupid replies when reaching out to support regarding an issue. Things like "Did you try refreshing the webpage?" When you tell them that you obviously did try that before reaching out they'll let you know they forwarded the issue to their Dev Team. Sounds like something is being done, but really nothing is happening behind the scenes. Your issue won't get fixed and they will not reply to you for weeks. You just gotta kinda deal with it. It's unfortunate how bad their service and troubleshooting is considering the potential of the software. Facebook Marketplace is only growing from here and more and more sellers will begin to dropship on this platform and will need software to use. For the time being, FBMFOX will be the monopoly of software for Marketplace and Shops, but all it takes is a company with better infrastructure and money to create something better and actually know how to service their paying clients. AutoDS is just a few features behind FBMFOX and they have been a rock solid option for eBay & Shopify dropshippers for many years. Keep an eye out for them and how their software evolves in the coming months and consider switching over so you don't deal with headaches using this particular software and then having to migrate over.
