Nothing is happening when we click on a highlighted phone number. This started either late Wednesday, or first thing Thursday morning... We make HUNDREDS of calls per day, and having to hand-dial each and every phone number is frustrating... This seems to happen every few months... Usually when Windstream decides to "Update" something... When using the click-to-dial to dial a number, after a few seconds, our desk phone will give a busy signal stating "Call Not Allowed". We use 8 to dial out, and have configured all settings exactly the same as they were in the old officesuite extension, with the exception of the username/password as we are using the new credentials created in the new portal...
