Proctor was not helpful. Had to wait 15 minutes to get signed in even though I got there early. Extremely fast at telling me to not put my hand on my face and then took minutes to respond to a question I had. Test was annoying as the NHA practice exams, the study guide, and the didactic course I took DID NOT go over certain questions.

My proctor was nice and really helpful. My overall experience was great apart from the "leave" button. My proctor didn't seem to be so informed of what was going on so we needed tech help. The tech person was really helpful, but it wasn't a tech issue, but a confusion due to the "leave" button.

Getting started took a few minutes. My proctor was great. When asked if I had completed all the parts of the test a couple of times I did get very nervous because i was unsure if I had missed a part and didn't realize or just could not locate a portion.

The proctor was barking so many orders at once I could barely keep up to get my work area approved! than the whole time I was taking the test the proctor was picking at me I move my lips when I read to myself, I don't make a noise. and I was putting my hands on my face all things done subconsciously. Getting the website going was a nightmare. I nearly missed my exam time it took 45 minutes to get it launched once in the waiting part to get a proctor it was smooth. I got a proctor they were great. I got to question 125 out of 125 before I could submit the entire site crashed on me. I had to call tech support for the second time for this exam and was able to finish the exam thankfully. I am very disappointed with the efficiency of this website it seems to be full of glitches. Including showing I had 0 bandwidth while my computer still showed I had full connectivity.

I think I was a bit overwhelmed with the information given about PSI proctored online exam and was genuinely scared about all the restrictions, which are all understandable. Although once I started with the process it wasn't so bad. I just am not the type of person who likes to sit for 3 hours for a test lol.

I had no issues with connectivity or taking the exam. I have never taken a remotely proctored exam before and the instructions were simple to follow. The pre-screening took longer than I thought it would but it went smoothly. I'm happy this was an option, otherwise I would have had to drive two hours to get to a testing center.

I am really disappointed by my first online/virtual testing experience with PSI. My first proctor ended up taking over 15 minutes to verify my environment and ended up essentially booting me out after I explained that I could not close my laptop (despite its screen clearly being off) because that would shut it off. After that, I took five minutes to just take my laptop to the table, and when I came back on, my microphone wouldn't function, even though it worked just fine originally. I had to rush and add a whole bunch of stress to my plate before testing, and I really don't appreciate that. At least my second proctor was actually reasonable with the environment scan and got me into my test in minutes. Definitely just feel deflated by this experience; I only hope I passed so I don't have to ruminate on this.

Pre-screening took a lot of time. Environment check took over my test time. They should schedule environment check itself for 30 minutes. Proctor is too annoying. I purposely put my hair up in a bun so s/he can clearly see my face but s/he still asked me to show my ears in the camera to see if I'm wearing earbuds. S/he even asked me to remove my regular bracelets. And my water bottle!!! Geeezzzz.

I had to log back in to my exam and go through the room exam with a proctor multiple times because it kept disconnecting. The proctor made me throw my energy drink away which I thought was silly and having to see EVERY SINGLE part of my room was pretty invasive and weird. I got a warning just for talking DURING the room scan process which made me upset. It was kind of ridiculous that it disconnects so much but the test process itself was fine. It will just be better to sit in an actual location tbh.

The prescanning takes way too long. My test was scheduled for 11am and I logged on promptly at 10:30am and didn't get to begin the test until around 11:05am. The test itself went smoothly however when I was using my scratch paper and writing down a problem, the proctor interrupted saying they couldn't see my eyes...ummm, ya because I'm looking down at a piece of paper. Annoying.

Overall, the testing was smooth running. It took about 20 mins to get through the pre-scan of the room. it would've been much easier if you were able to speak to the person observing, rather than strictly chat. Not being able to rest my hand on my face proved to be a bit difficult. Also was not aware ahead of time that i was not allowed any drink. When going to a testing area, we were allowed a water bottle, so that seemed a bit picky.

This proctoring service is ABSOLUTE TRASH. I have taken multiple remote exams, but my god this was the absolute worst one out of all. I couldn't even rest my head on my hand while reading the exam. I even had to take off all MY HELLO KITTY Figurines (note: they did not have ANY writing on them whatsoever) off from my desk per their request. I understand they needed to see the floor of below my desk... but they asked to see the floor of the rest of my room???? They even asked me if I could show the full view of my desk AND the bottom of my keyboard/mouse to make sure nothing is underneath. I tried telling the proctor I was doing my best to lift my laptop with one hand and one hand lifting the mouse but the view wasn't great and the proctor was so rude. I would rather wake up at 3AM, dive myself into a tub of cold water for 10 minutes in the morning, and drive 1.5 hours to a testing facility than use this service. I would rather handwrite all of my answers and submit them in an envelope than to use this service. TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An absolute terrible experience. Husband booked a test on a Sunday and when the the test wouldn't open up we tried reaching out to support via chat, email and phone call and had no one respond. Now we are out the money it costs to take that exam. I'm hoping they will make this right and refund us. Husband is going to take the test in-person with this re-take because that was ridiculous.

It was very difficult to get things started to get to testing exam. My proctor didn't believe in breaks. Everything was an issue, including the chair I'm sitting and having to sit for such a long time, I couldn't turn my head for stretch. worst experience ever. I'm a dialysis tech i do test the same way, this by far was the worst. I was very discouraged. And longer focused on the test.

The test itself was easy to use and navigate. Only issue I had was when I had to set up my remote testing session, the webcam shut off on the testing site while trying to show my surroundings. It was not an issue on my end but tech support was very helpful in fixing the problem.

this was the worst exam i have ever taken. i finished 150 in 5 and half hours. the extension for testing keep rebooting my exam and cut off more than 5 times. i had to wait every time more than 30 min to relaunch it again. I would never take this exam again.

Very frustrating, their website for testing keep rebooting my exam, i am in the middle of examination and the screen will stop and will show message that i need to relaunch the test and start over, my examination got cut off 3 times, i have to start over 3x, go through verification process, take a selfie picture again, the proctor has to make me show all the surrounding of my desk place all over again, show my ears, show my hands all over again 3x every time i have to start over, then i have to wait at least 20minutes before i can resume the test where i left off, it was a pain in the behind using this psi testing site, very frustrating process, my exam supposed to start 10:30am, I didn't got it completed until 3pm due to those website interruption it will without out warning cut me off my testing to make me start over.

Not awful but not the smoothest run either. I would probably still use this over an inperson location when possible.

Awful test-taking platform. The program itself is extremely slow and takes a while to load (not an issue with my internet when used with other programs). It is also extremely frustrating constantly having to click "are you sure you want to leave the page, you still have unsaved info" when you are taking an important test. I also think it's ridiculous that I had to spend 30+ minutes emptying EVERYTHING off my desk. Pre-test instructions stated the desk had to be free of clutter, not completely wiped out and empty. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the proctor removing decorations and small things that have nothing to do with the exam which was extremely frustrating because now I have to put everything back. It was just an extreme waste of time. I can understand for notebooks/papers/books/etc., but I don't see how having decorations, pencil holders, etc has anything to do with the exam. I also felt like the program was just insanely glitchy, again not something you want to experience during an important test. I've used other browser lockdown programs for online tests that were much smoother and more user-friendly than this. Overall, this program is extremely disappointing and frustrating as were the lack of instructions before the exam. I wish I would have known it was like this beforehand, because I would have rather gone through the hassle of driving 2 hours out to a testing center than to have dealt with this horrible program. Hope they choose to fix this or go with a different program for future test-takers.

I was reading the chat message when I was finished with the test. So no reading anything. It kicked me off before I got to submit test but I was finished. Hoping I don't have to take this test again. I think us test takers should be able to have a drink by us if needed while taking the test. I do like the fact we can do the testing online but hearing everything is not needed for the Proctor. I understand sharing screen and video but not listing to someone. Reading questions outload helps some people understand things better. Been on hold for 10 minutes already to get this submitted
