- (2025-09-07) Munira Isa: The process went well, but environments differ at times you cant avoid noise filtering through must especially with wooden houses. Also the test did not contain up to 50% course material provide at a cost to the candidate, sadly.

- (2025-09-05) Steves512: I would never do a remote testing for this...... you can't read out loud you cant even move your lips. You cant look anywhere else other than the screen. I got warned because I looked up bc I was thinking hard about the question. The proctor allowed me to have 2 blank paper. In the middle of it the proctor told me to rip it up in small pieces.....The proctor will flag you for any and everything. It got so bad for me I couldn't focus because I feel like the proctor is breathing down my neck over everything. I rather take this test in a location.

- (2025-08-31) Rachel Forbush: Was pretty bad experience. My internet was stable but it kept kicking me off the test when i was trying to scan my environment with the proctor. I didn't have anything that could be used for cheating but the proctor made me move boxes clear across the room even though they were not by me. It took 45 minutes to an hour to get through the proctor check prior to me completing my test. It would be much better to take it in person.

My proctor was rude, made me rip up the blank paper I didn't even use, didn't let me have my medication on my desk, and made me take off my toys and books unrelated to my exam off of my shelves, got mad that I had a heater in my room, issued me a warning when I was reading the question IN MY OWN ROOM. Made me take off the water bottle and candle on my shelf, and got suspicious on whether or not there was a TV in my room and made me prove it when I said that it was the room next door. If I had to do it again I would have done it in person. Proctor was so horrible I had to put in a negative review.

- (2025-08-30) carlota Hinson: Just horrible!!! just the check in alone was longer than my test, the proctor I had kept asking me to do the same thing over and over again in repetition mode was so frustrated!!! then before test was release I ask a simple question the person couldn't even answer that.
- (2025-08-30) Erica Warren: I choose no stars if i could. It took about an hour to start and to have exceptional service and environment approval by the proctor. It was stressful and i will never complete an exam thru this site ever again. I will from now on go the site if there is one close by. It is truly worth just traveling to one. I would not recommend using online. My experience was just awful! i covered my mouth by frustration and was told it was in violation; I acknowledged my cord came out of my laptop and with no regards after i kneeled to plug it back in it was a violation; my lanyard was removed from my neck for violation and had to show that my glasses were not a smart device. I can tell you now, if you are reading this and decide to continue using online, they will watch you like a hawk and make sure you have nothing at arm's reach and always be in view of the camera with GREAT signal. My experience was awful! the proctor was very rude. There were folks walking around talking to people in the area i was in but was not in the way of my testing and was not speaking to me nor being loud and proctor told me to not have conversations during testing. LIKE, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE PROCTOR. I am glad i a not the only one who experience was as bad as mine.
- (2025-08-29) IHeart NurseBeee: Took 30 minutes to star the proctoring exam, proctor was rude and picked with me many times throughout test. Did not allow me to BREATHE, move nor use my paper and pencil without threatening to stop my exam. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
- (2025-08-28) Alex Lugo: WORST PROCTORING SYSTEM EVER! Had to go through my room scanning process. My exam was set to start @ 2 and could not start until 2:30 because of this. Then when I needed help, was completely ghosted by my proctor!

- (2025-08-26) Ashley Cox: WORST proctoring system I have ever used. Kicked me out of the test 4 times, had to go through the verification process, which took 20 minutes each time. Repeatedly said my internet was stable and good, even did the internet check prior to the test and the system kept repeatedly crashing. Logged in 30 minutes before my test, and because of their HORRIBLE system did not officially start the test until an hour after my start time, not including the time that it took DURING the test to restart when it continuously kicked me out. WORST testing experience of my life.
- (2025-08-25) Aysia Echols: worst proctoring system I've used so far. Very frustrating. 45 mins to finally start the test. Got kicked out 100 questions in and had to redo the process to get back in was an added stressor. Will not use again.
- (2025-08-25) Francesca Muscatelli: I really have to say this whole process was just AWFUL start to finish. Im beyond upset that i have spent so much money on this course. Im so pissed off really just everything about this was just not right at all. UGH never again
- (2025-08-23) Angela Brown: I went through the check in and showed my testing space. They opened my exam and I started taking my exam. A few questions in i started getting chat messages to show my room and everything as if i was checking in all over again. I informed them that through chat 4 different times. I was 53 questions into my exam when PSI kicked me out of my exam. I had to start the entire process over again. I had to show my testing space AGAIN, take of my glasses, show everything along with my phone across the room. This was the most HORRIBLE experience ever. Needless to say I will likely have to retest for this exam because of the frustration it caused me with all the text interruptions and being kicked out of my exam! I asked the proctor at the end of my exam who i needed to speak to about this because it should not have happened. It is not my fault on their end it was disconnected when i was in the middle of my exam. I was told to just call tech support at one of the numbers at the top of the screen. MY TEST IS OVER!!! WHAT ON EARTH IS TECH SUPPORT GOING TO DO ABOUT IT!?!?
- (2025-08-23) Elizabeth Davis: Be sure to log on 30 minutes prior to testing. Takes about 45 minutes to get started sometimes, and then troubleshooting the view of the screen takes longer. The overall experience was ok, but be sure to click on the right top side of the screen to be able to read the full question.
- (2025-08-21) Brittany Lee Simspon: I could not touch my face by my mouth, her said my proctor said that i could not do it. My proctor flagged me for saying my question out loud and talking to myself thought I was at home by myself and quite. The launch button was not even no where on the screen. Only 30 minutes prior i had to click "start test" instead of "launch". It said if i do not click the launch button 30 minutes before my exam I will be considered late and I will not be able to reschedule my exam and my exam will be cancelled It took a good while for us to do a room sweep because he wanted to check everything almost twice- waisting time when I could already by in my exam. At the end they wanted me to rip the paper into small pieces, even the paper that had absolutely nothing on it. To sit and take 180 for 3 hours and do all this and be dinged for such small thing is excessive. At least I could take my exam at home

- (2025-08-21) Shevelle Platt Smith: I have paid for two test to be taken I used home proctoring and i scheduled a test at 5:00 AM and the proctor stated that the camera was blurry but they could see me fine. Just not my surroundings. Then I proceed to take my 7:00 PM test camera was fine but they heard my AC unit and my refrigerator noise and stated that due to the noise i cant take my test i mind you i just showed them my surroundings and they saw nothing yet I loose another test fee. I have lost 2 test fees at almost $150 a piece adding to $300. This has now become a money hungry deal and yall can have the money I will just protest on all sight and even better business bureua. This has become a scam and waisted my money.

Sneeze, violation; Cough, violation for covering my mouth; learned forward because I was having trouble seeing my screen; violation because they couldn't see my mouth; tried to figure out coinsurance on my approved scrap paper, violation because I looked down. I would have done it in person if they had a site in Missouri or someplace closer than Springfield, IL. I live south of St. Louis. How you concentrate when you are getting violations every time you breathe. Absolutely ridiculous.

- (2025-08-16) Reanna McDaniel: absolutely annoying was told i couldn't have a hair tie on my arm was told i couldn't read the questions aloud to myself was told i couldn't chew on anything i fidget when i test it helps me concentrate this person watching me test kept interrupting me while i was testing because i was fidgeting and i told them prior to the test. it took 45 minutes to start the test because they wanted to see everything in the room i was on my bed with a blanket and was told i needed to remove the blanket. i'm testing in my home and was told i couldn't vape while testing too insane cause again this is my home. most annoying at home testing i've ever done.

Proctor was so rude and made me take my periodic table poster off my bedroom wall for a medical assistant exam that had zero chemistry in involved. They kept making me show my room and wouldn't start my test after almost 30 minutes of the same thing over and over. The person didn't type very good English either.
- (2025-08-14) Becky Kirkner: I NEVER want to take an online proctored test again !! My laptop is less than a year old & after downloading their secure browser my microphones would not work. I called tech support who I could not understand due to his accent. He also seemed to have no urgency to help. He eventually got my microphones fixed & I was able to enter my test. The proctor seemed rude (hard to say though because you are chatting and not on video). I had to scan the room multiple times because they said floor to ceiling. I was in a travel trailer so not much to show. I got a warning for being out of camera view because I leaned over to fix my sitting position. Overall, I was not impressed & the stress of setting up for the exam could have been eased by the tech person & my proctor.

Their system check would not work even though my computer was within their standards and I had done a system check prior I had to call tech support and luckily they were able to get me into my exam, and were really nice. I then got half way through my exam and it kicked me out I had to call tech support again just to get back in. The proctors were rude and took forever to do replies, I got in trouble because my dog came downstairs because we don't have a door to our basement and they told me if she came down again I would get a violation. They made me remove my EMPTY garbage can, and my printer that wasn't even on and had no paper in it. The one proctor was questioning me about exposed piping on my ceiling because I live in an old house it's not covered. I get they have to make sure no one is cheating and that's great, but I think they need to lighten up a lot!

- (2025-08-12) TaKela Taylor: Terrible, I couldn't write my dang equations down without getting a dang warning. couldn't even whisper a dang sentence out without getting a warning. Before I take another certification test I will definitely make sure I will NOT be using PSI for texting. the worst experience I've ever had.
- (2025-08-11) Marneka Turk: Everything was smooth in the begin but towards the end I got kicked out because of poor network but I was at full bars so not really sure on that. Also, the warnings were ridiculous. First I was still in view of the camera and leaned slightly to grab my charger and it said that was a warning like do you want my computer to die. Second, I sometimes talk myself through a test so when I got another proctor after getting back connected they said talking out loud to yourself is a violation, like excess me for wanting to pray to the man above. Honestly the support team is nice but these proctors are something else.
- (2025-08-10) OMGitsAthenaa: had so many issues with the camera working on my computer but not working for the proctoring extension. ended up having to disable the audio from my webcam and going into google chrome settings and messing in those settings before being able to get into my testing session. I had to reschedule my first exam and almost the reschedule the second. I had to help tech support fix the issue
- (2025-08-08) Krissy Kay: If I could give lower than one star I would without blinking an eye. The proctor was rude and it was a terrible experience. Before I take another certification course I will make sure they do NOT use PSI for the testing.
