• (2023-11-08) Judson Dickson: Worst software possible to use. Stay far away from this software. The only reason it has 30,000 downloads is because people are forced to use it.

And the fact they recommend this as their best way to get test done.

They said i was absent for the exam when this trash extension just failed to work and start my exam. I had to call PSI myself to get my exam reimbursed. I will schedule my exams in person from now on.

• (2023-02-02) Karla Panier: After completing all the steps to allow PSI to proctor my exam, it still doesn't work. I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for tech support. This is beyond ridiculous and companies do not need to use this service to proctor the exam.

Now the PSI Bridge online proctoring extension DOES NOT WORK. It's been 3 months and I still can't take my exam. All of these reviews are true, the extension doesn't work, and it's horribly organized. Such a waste of time and money. I missed my exam AGAIN. IT MAKES YOU PUT 1 STAR BUT THIS IS NEGATIVE 5 STARTS. 0 STARS. NEVER AGAIN. WORST TESTING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE.

• (2022-07-06) Aileen Agudelo: I have many experience taking online testing with webcams and lockdown browser and this was 1000% the worst program you can download. Slow (You will not start your exam on time! I and many others were an hour and a half late to start an Exam), weird requirements (can't even take a sip of water without them flagging you), slow, slow slow, unclear instructions, system just looks outdated, not a nice experience to take a test. Just take your test in person if the other option is PSI online. You will save so much time.
• (2022-07-01) nadya yablonski: This was such an awful experience. Not only did it make me an hour late to my exam, once I finally was able to get in, it booted me out. I tried to relaunch it multiple times, reached out to customer service and live chat and nobody could help me. It was incredibly frustrating and made this an awful testing experience. Will be taking my test in person.

• (2022-05-03) Alex Soberg: It's worth going 100+ miles to a proctoring center if you need to. The chat function wasn't working the first two attempts so they just booted me out, and after getting "everything" resolved with my sponsor and PSI it had already been an hour and a half. This was such a hassle, by the time I was aloud to start my test the exam window was already closed so it wouldn't even let me take the test after going through the proctor setup. Hoping to hear back about a reschedule or a refund.
• (2022-04-09) Daryl Castro: Would NEVER like to use this extension again. I was over half an hour late to my exam because instructions for this extension were very unclear. I had to call Support (they were very helpful btw). Shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. Apparently, my proctor was trying to give me instructions for the exam but the LiveChat bar never showed up until I chose to close and re-open the browser again. Then, I had to do the whole identification process again which just took up more of my exam time. The LiveChat bar at the top constantly covers parts of the questions which was very annoying trying to read through
