This is a simple popup to show BC Assessment details for BC properties while browsing in Redfin, Zolo, and Realtor.ca. Install this extension to save the time going back and forth between realtor site and bcAssessment site! :)
In order to use the extension, browse in any of these sites (for property search):
https://www.redfin.ca
https://www.realtor.ca
https://www.zolo.ca
while looking at a specific property, click on the extension and a popup will show with extra details of the home. This includes the BC Assessment price (current year and previous year), breakdowns of the assessment (building cost and land cost), land size, square footage for each floors, and etc.

- Great extension for those shopping for real-estate. Usually finds the address on bc assessment but if it doesn't you can tweak the address in the extension directly, if you know the bc assessment address formats, or you can follow the link directly to the site. Also love that it shows the % above/below the last assessed value so you know how realistic the list price is.

- Great app, to get it going on Realtor.ca on chrome you may need to right click the addon icon and choose to pin this to the bar, then when on realtor.ca you click on it and it loads relevant information. Really useful and handy, lets you quickly reference back and fourth.
