If you're already a member of the CookBook Manager App, you can use the CookBook Chrome Extension to download recipes as you browse the web. Simple click the extension, login to your CookBook account and then click the extension whenever you want to import a recipe.

- (2022-05-06) Steve Christiaens: Haven't had any trouble with the extension - it works great nearly every time, and most recipes don't require any additional editing. For the few that do, it's usually as simple as updating a "1 and 1/2" to a "1.5" so that the app can easily change measurements when I want to change the serving size. Love this app and use it most nights I cook.

Hi can i download the recipes in .doc format - (2022-06-06, v:2.0.105) Lori Sussman: Adding Recipe, Scan Recipe (OCR) but photo does not show up so can add title, etc.
Hi. I'm not sure why this isn't working for me now. I use the recipe scanner, take a photo, but the photo does not load onto the page so that I can select to add the title, ingredients, etc. Can't really use the app now without the OCR function.
