You pay for software features like these and it has not worked in the 2 months I have been testing it. Of course I opened up a ticket, yes they are fast at responding but DON'T fix your problem or it takes weeks to fix something simple. I don't know what I'm paying for anymore unfortunately all the other dropshipping software completely sucks but when AutoDS works its not that bad, however its still 1 star as this extension has NEVER worked in 2 months I have been trying it and they haven't fixed it. Trust me, I am not clueless but that's all they will treat you as, like its your fault and you just need to change a setting or two but that's not the reality, the reality is its broken. And of course you will receive no refunds for a broken software product
- (2021-10-23) Mike Lignelle: Tried for 3 months, it never updated my facebook products, did everything they asked, and it never worked right, i have file a chargeback with paypal to get my money back, only thing they do well is take money, thats it, going back to zeedrop. This company lacks support and customer service, and nothing get fixed!!! Avoid this company

They confirm the error was on their end. What a joke of a service. If you advertise something make sure you do it. Will change review if they fix within a timely manner.

Overall, i'm very happy with them.

It worked just fine yesterday. I have made no changes to the AutoDS storefront in terms of configurations, etc. Google Chrome doesn't seem to mind it, and says everything is set up correctly. The little grabber hand appears when I hover over the small copy icon in AutoDS, but when I click, I no longer get an acknowledgment that it copied. The Facebook Marketplace tells me to make sure that I clicked on the copy icon properly in AutoDS when I try to "import" the data into a new product listing... I continually am getting this message when I try to click the copy button in AutoDS "Make sure you have correctly clicked the "Copy" button on AutoDS" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension.
