IMPORTANT News:

Since Mozilla decided to shutdown Pocket, I've decided to update this extension (on my spare time) to be able to import the exported pocket data, and offer the same features as before, using a new custom made API only for this extension .. TBD

The only downside is that we won't be able to save to pock .. sorry the new API from other platforms, at least not soon

This is a pocket extension to list and manage your saved links.
It also allows you to:

- Save current page to Pocket using context menu
- Save link to Pocket using context menu
- Save current page to Pocket using keyboard shortcut (default Alt+P)
- Edit / Delete / Mark as read / Favorite
- Has dark mode :)
- Show unread count
- And more to come

How to use:

-> Open the extension from the Icon
-> Click Login
-> Authorize the extension
-> Go back to the extension and voilà

PS: you have to open the popup at least once after login in order to be able to save links using context menu or keyboard shortcuts

Janelle Aurisch 2024-11-09: Used to be 100%. The main reason I used this extension was for the "unread count" which is a missing feature from Pocket, however this extension constantly displays the unread count as 30, despite having over 1000 articles, and the unread count doesnt change even if I delete or add articles.

Zdeněk Halamík 2024-10-23: it doesn't work. i can see only few years old sites, not able to sync it with latest saves.
PA 2024-10-07: UI looks like the (very old) original Pocket addon which feels nice. *but* the addon itself does not work so well. For instance, on my current machine it synced 30 items on my ~350 active items, not the newest or the oldest, but a random batch and that's all. Not sure what's happening, it's working better on another machine.
Uknife Same 2024-09-30: This is a great idea, and I use a similar extension in another browser. Unfortunately, this extension doesn't work well for me. When trying to save a page it says, "Save to Pocket failed!". When you pull down the list it doesn't show the last pages you added. When there are no pages saved it says, "Failed to get items". From time to time, it says you need to log in to Pocket when I'm logged in, etc. etc.
Greg M 2024-09-26: I really like the idea here but it doesn't seem to operate correctly for me. When I click the refresh button new saves are not shown. When I click the "X" to delete nothing happens, the item is still in the list. Also, all of my saved items are in a random order and there doesn't seem to be a way to change the order. When I look at the Pocket website everything is in chronological order. If those issues were resolved then this is a 5 star extension.

My only problem is: I keep getting logged out many times a day, and can't log in again. After waiting a while, it suddenly works again. Can you check what's the reason for this behaviour is? Thanks!

In my case it stopped after 278 pages. - When searching for a page in the filter, it doesn't do it in real time, you have to press Enter. Moreover, it takes too much time to bring up the results. - The list font is a bit too small and the entries too close to each other so it becomes hard to navigate and click on the correct page. Many a times I clicked on the wrong page in the list because the links were so close to each other. - When enabling "Show links" in the options, it reduces the number of items per page to about a half. - Would be nice to have the ability to add tags.
