A productivity tool for Autotask users.
*Highlight timer*
Want to make sure you're not spending to much time on a ticket? Use this extension to help you. It will highlight the time in your Autotask ticket timer. It will be green if the stopwatch is less than 15 mins, orange for between 15 and 45 mins and red thereafter. If those times don't work for you, you can now customise it! Know when it's time to ask for help!
*Make Work Type Mandatory*
Our team wants to ensure Work Type is populated without making the field mandatory on the ticket. We've enabled that option by hiding the toolbar with the Save options unless Work Type has an entry.
*Stop tickets opening in a pop-up window*
Sick of tickets opening in a pop-up that you lose? Us too. Now, all tickets open as tab instead of a pop-up.
** New in version 2.1.0 **
We added a feature to stop tickets opening in a popup window! Praise Be! Switch it on via the extension settings.
** New in version 2.0.1 **
Fixed a bug stopping regular time entries from being added.
** New in version 2 **
Complete rewrite.
- The worklist timer code has been removed as Kaseya has implemented their own colourisation in the latest UI
- Added an option to make Work Type mandatory on the Time Entry screen. Works by hiding the toolbar with the Save options unless Work Type has an entry. A crude way of preventing save without editing the Required Field Validator, which is a work in progress.
** New in version 1.6.1 **
Fixed a bug. Whoops!
** New in version 1.6 **
Updated the code to work with the new Autotask UI.
** New in version 1.5 **
The ability to customise the number of minutes the timer goes orange and red. Select the Options of the extension to personalise your times.
** New in version 1.4 **
Ticket Worklist has had an update. Tickets that are "In Progress" or "Customer Note Added" have that text highlighted in orange. This should help technicians quickly decide which tickets to address next.
Please note: You need to add the column "Status" to your Work list. Click the cog at the bottom of your worklist to launch the Ticket Work List Settings and ensure "Status" is in the "Selected Data" column.
** New in version 1.3 **
The timer inside the Task or Ticket view has also received the highlighted treatment. It follows the same rules as the Worklist timers.
