- Worst experience ever with a financial platform. Could not sell when I wanted and would have been profitable due to platform problems that would not initiate the transactions when requested. Also, I tried to send thousands to the same SOL location I had done numerous times previously only to have Phytom send my funds to an account where they could not be recovered from. Took months to inform me their customer service could not help or reverse the transaction. STAY AWAY!

- it's pretty annoying and lame that you still can't scroll in laptop extension. Shouldn't be that hard to implement. I wanna scroll through my tokens or nfts rather than having the click somewhere randomly and press arrow down...

- Wallet extension on Brave refuses to open even though it's updated to the latest version. I have since tried to uninstall and re-install but it still won't open. I also tried clearing all my browser cache and it still won't open. Never had issues like this before. I've also tried to reach out via support chat on their help website but their AI chat bot refuses to let me speak to a real person and won't let me create a ticket neither. I basically have no access to my own funds and I'm not happy. I will be uninstalling Phantom for good after I re-gain access to my funds again because this is extremely unprofessional and I have no interest in using a product from a company that doesn't seem to even care about it's users.

- I used to really love this wallet. Now it's total trash. Can not do more than 1 consecutive transaction without it crashing and the asset refresh rate is no longer existent. What happened to you guys?

- It appears they did some sort of update to the browser extension wallet and that screwed mine, and looking on the internet it affected a bunch of people. I had to reinstall it and recover it. I guess just making changes and screwing peoples crypto wallets is ok , they wont care is the attitude. I'm now looking for another Solana wallet

- As a developer I have serious issues to get it to work correctly. Besides, it lacs features like QR code scan to connect to a dApp.

- I created 2 accounts under the same wallet. The account with the money disappeared from my wallet and when I was trying to add it, I wasn't able to. I am only able to add it as a "Watch wallet" which means it isn't mine. I tried to talk with their customer success but they didn't help. This issue happened to me in May 2025 and for some odd reason after 3 months the issue have been resolved. Now, I see the the issue happened again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM

- just installed the extension sent 300 dollars and before i opened to confirm had been traded out of the wallet remotly BEWARE nothing i can do its gone to the Gamre this is straight up SCAM that people are stealing from good working people what goes around comes around and Karma is 1000percent real

- my accouct was hacked. Running 2 firewalls, and a good VPN. Be very carefull. They offer poor customer service. I HAD 116k taken from my account, by a Russian hacking group. Phantom customer service and security team did nothing to track or help. I reported to them in less than 3hrs. I was told they would freeze assets first, then said they flagged. Poor communication, only email, 48hrs for responce or longer. When I reported to FBI nothing yet. Marion county Sheriff's department did track to a Russian hacking team. Because of Phantom not flagging or freezing account immediately criminals had time to launder funds several times. In US we need 100% proof to seize funds and get a warrant. My Detective did a great job trying to follow the trail, and seems to know who did it. He is even in the high 90% .Hopefully the FBI picks up the case. From what I have heard the have more capabilities. Be carefull with Phantom they didnt steel my money, but they didnt help either, or pick up phone to pretend they care.

- Once you download, there is no place to come back in after the download. Do not see a long in anywhere or on any page. Sucks it's so difficult to do what we need to do. I even saved it but it brings up only the page to download. I already downloaded it!

- honeypot definition: looks good, put your money in and you cant take it out, then it disappears . My experience time and time again. otherwise it a good wallet other than being filled with spam and used for honeypot coins.

- Was excited to see a wallet that supports bitcoin, solana and eth with hardware devices but adding things is pretty clunky. I had to completely unplug and reconnect my ledger nano x each wallet to get it to actually realize I had opened the respective crypto app. Fix That and I'll be impressed

- Although the price changes are weird, like when I bought from coinbase, then sent it over to phantom I got less, it is still overall a pretty good wallet, but they could add more functions, and just like one of the review below when I wanted to swap to Litecoin it wasn't the real one, if they added more support for other cryptocurrencies then it would be better, because I can only trade SUI, SOLANA, ETH and idk what bitcoin taproot or native segwit is so I don't use bitcoin. If they add more support for other cryptocurrencies I'll definitely give it 5 stars.
