ZenDesk is most effective when Requesters and End Users are associated with Organizations. While ZenDesk includes features that make it easy to create these relations, there is no alert to inspire the Agent to do so.
RBW Agent Helper adds an unmissable visual cue on the Tickets page which reminds ZenDesk Agents to associate all Requesters with the appropriate Organization.
