You must be on the Church’s Wi-Fi. Also, install the extension after connecting to the Church’s Wi-Fi to ensure best results.

Everything was working last Saturday and today, Wednesday not one of our four computers will access the premium sites. This is a problem and we had several people unable to research tonight.   We are a Family History Center in Palatka, Florida. When we go through extensions to try and get to the premium sites the computer says we are a family history center in Chile. The "Visit Sites" button does not work.
