Track your total scheduled video call durations and get warned if you are likely to get video call fatigue.
To combat “Zoom Fatigue”, we’ve built a tool to measure how many hours of meetings are in your calendar. It will warn you if you’re likely to feel video call fatigue during the day and week. The tool can only see how many meetings you have, how long they are, if there’s a video meeting link included, and if you’re attending. It can’t see the agenda, who is invited, or any other information.

- (2021-08-02) Adrienne Aguilera: I love this extension! This is a great tool for remote workers and students doing online school. Zoom fatigue is real and this tool works well to track how many hours you spend on Zoom calls and if you're reaching your Zoom fatigue bandwidth. Most of all I love how validating it is to know how many hours I spend in meetings! I knew I had a lot of meetings but I never realized how many hours of my work week were spent on Zoom. I highly recommend this extension to any working professional working from home.
- (2021-07-08) Sage Singleton: Now that I'm working from home indefinitely, I want to be aware of the time spent on Zoom! Sometimes, the day goes by and I haven't even stepped outside! What a great tool to keep me on track with a better work/life balance.
- (2021-07-08) Catherine McNally: What a great idea! This helps me kind of mentally prepare if I know I've got a day or week full of video calls. I love the suggestions as well—turning off video and doing a voice only meeting sounds fantastic. I'm wondering if there's a way to allow the app to scan future weeks so I can anticipate whether I should add another video meeting to a day in the future or not. But otherwise, I love the idea behind this app. Definitely a must-have for remote workers.
- (2021-07-08) Tim Tincher: Love this! Lots of people are still working remotely and staying connected via video calls, and they can really add up during the week day! This tool is a great way to check in with yourself and see if you're on Zoom too long and might burn out.
