Il y a aussi autre chose de gênant : dans les enregistrements, le curseur de la timeline ne me permet pas d'avancer dans la vidéo, je peux déplacer ce curseur mais c'est sans effet sur la lecture de sorte que je suis obligée de regarder la vidéo du début à la fin sans pouvoir faire de recherche : y a-t-il un moyen de modifier cela ? Numerous messages to the company result in a bot telling me my message has been received but no help. Am looking to get a refund if I still get no help after almost three weeks now. On the same day I sent a message to the customer service link on their website asking to the subscription and automatic renewal. This was two weeks ago and I have not received any response. I have sent another two messages since, all without a response. It is absurd that there is no unsubscribe button in the account manager page and the level of bad customer service.
