  • (2025-07-11) Saurabh Kumar Jaysawal: Getting lot of bugs recently. CTAs don't get enabled to record and take screenshot. Been this bugs since 4 months but no fix yet.
  • (2025-07-09) Saif Alnajjar: I love the idea. Started using JAM a lot since am a translator and use a Translation Management System with lots of issues that needed recording, so that devs could work on them. However, I was severely disappointed with JAM because it's so damn buggy! unbelievable how many times it crashed, stopped working, refused to record last minute. Please solve this issue.
  • (2025-06-03) Anne Connelly: Jam keeps telling my I have an active jam in another tab then refuses to take me to that tab. This occurs even when I freshly open chrome and there are no other tabs. It's not obvious at all how to delete these "draft" jams in order to make a new one.
  • (2025-05-30) Intan Julia: good extension, but too much bug
  • (2025-05-20) Rahul Kumar: Best app for bug tracking.
  • (2025-05-20) Imran Abbas khokhar: Jam is not working properly now. Every day, I have to uninstall and reinstall it just to record a video. Otherwise, it keeps showing "waiting for Jam to finish loading." This is very frustrating. At first, Jam worked perfectly, but now it doesn't. I’ve reported this issue many times to the email provided, but I haven’t received any response. Earlier, there was a chat option to get help, but now that’s also gone. I’m having a very bad experience, and I don’t understand why the team hasn’t fixed this issue.
  • (2025-05-14) Oleh Lis (Finmap): Something is taking longer than usual... Try refreshing the page 😩
  • (2025-04-10) Bohdan Yuskiv: It helps dev team to communicate efficently
  • (2025-03-27) Cara Schrock: I first connected with Jam via TikTok a year or two ago and it stood out amongst a sea of tools to make testing and debugging more efficient, it felt like one that would provide real value. I was right. I began using it myself before introducing it to the wider QA team. From there, I received recognition from a developer for including it in my bug reports and from there it cascaded and was adopted by more developers and QA and is now used across multiple lines of businesses and cross functional teams including our customer support. I'm not sure half of the company users even know I'm the one who introduced the tool but it brings me joy to see how widely it's been adopted. Jam's instant replay is the one feature I use daily and one of the contributions I'm most proud of seeing how helpful it's been to the company. The Jam team has been a pleasure to work with and it gets better and better with each feature release.
  • (2025-03-11) Victor Otero: I have been using this extension for quite some time now, and I have found that it is effective in ensuring that reports sent to others and Jam themselves are resolved promptly. However, it is crucial to provide video evidence of the issue to support your claim, as the extension operates similarly. Without context and proof, it is hard to diagnose an issue the same way the extension works and makes it possible for others to understand your issues.
  • (2025-03-08) Elad Nachum: Horribly bad, after several uses I'm unable to load jam anymore
  • (2025-03-05) Янина Лазаревич: The perfect tool for video bug reporting. Easy to use and additional features such as console, network and device info. Allows 10-minute recordings - twice as long as other popular extensions. My colleagues and I have been using it for almost a year now and we are still delighted. You guys are awesome! UPD March 25 After the recent changes, the extension often crushes. You can record a 7-min video and it's not saved at all after you click Stop. In other cases, there is an endless loading and also not saved
  • (2025-02-25) Nicholas Aguirre: I love the extension but I did notice that I get a message in Google Meet when this extension is active. If I disable this extension the message goes away. It doesn't seem to actually cause any problems but obviously it is doing something in the background that Google Meet doesn't like. "You have extensions installed that may affect the quality of your call"
  • (2025-02-20) Brian Haack: I love it, its simple and easy to use but comprehensive, I've been trying to get my team to use it and have some adopters of it! Makes it easy to showcase my work as well just need to figure out how to turn the headset on.
  • (2025-02-19) Natalia Fernandez: I love the app but it crushes a lot, Sometimes I need to uninstall it and lose some work. I hope they really fix it.
  • (2025-02-05) Harry Hathorn: Greate extension with severe bug causing it to crash constantly, been unable to use it smoothly for months. This has effected everyone on my team accross multiple devices and browsers. after install, it runs once, followed by crashing with the "😩" emoji. The only way i can get it to work again after a single use (or sometimes not use) is to uninstall, go back to the web store, and install again. Painful!

It's also ligtened the amount of work it takes for the support team to create a fulfilling issue report and minimizing the amount of additional communication needed after the issue is sent. So thanks to Jam we're way more efficient in this department.
