The extension helps RTA agents monitor call and chat queue
RTA Monitoring Support is an extension that helps those who in RTA team in company monitor the call queue and chat queue without have an eye on the dashboard.
The extension will help user keep monitoring call queue and chat queue to make sure that the user receive an notification when a call or chat awaiting on the queue. This is really helpful for the user because you don't need to check the dashboard every single time to make sure that there is no call or chat waiting for agent to pick it up.
