Designed to be easy to use, by using this extension flash content will "just work", with no extra configuration required. Ruffle will detect all existing Flash content on a website and automatically "polyfill" it into a Ruffle player, allowing seamless and transparent upgrading of websites that still rely on Flash content.
If websites also have Ruffle installed, this extension will upgrade it to the latest version if needed. By installing this extension, you get access to the latest fixes and optimisations even on websites that already include an older copy of Ruffle, whilst also providing you with some extra options.
Ruffle is a Flash Player emulator written in Rust. Ruffle runs on all modern browsers through the use of WebAssembly. Leveraging the safety of the modern browser sandbox and the memory safety guarantees of Rust, we can confidently avoid all the security pitfalls that Flash had a reputation for.
Ruffle is an entirely open source project maintained by volunteers. We're all passionate about the preservation of internet history, and we were drawn to working on this project to help preserve the many websites and plethora of content that will no longer be accessible when users can no longer run the official Flash Player. If you would like to help support this project, we welcome all contributions of any kind - even if it's just playing some old games, seeing how well they run, and letting us know any issues you find!

- (2023-09-22) Sunny Wu: Work partially with Neopets. There are a few Neopets Dailies that Neopets haven't updated to HTML5 yet and they haven't implemented Ruffle support either. Those are Kiko Pop, Movie Central, and Qasalan Expellibox. Surprisingly Qasalan Expellibox worked with Ruffle however Kiko Pop and Movie Central are still not loading, and you can't do those. So it partially works, but it's not fully operational.

- (2023-08-04) Vlanimation Tales One Of A Nice Kind: This extension works smoothly for most ActionScript 1 and 2 games. A few bugs occurred here and there that weren't in the original Flash versions (some game-crashing, some minor), but overall, the experience was worth my time! However, some ActionScript 3 games I tried to play showed a blank screen or an endless loop. I hope that gets fixed soon!

Это очень печально, я конечно не программист, но скорее всего это отвечает за действие чего-либо, надеюсь разработчики будут дорабатывать расширение, так как оно очень хорошее, отлично переносит ФЛЕШ-игру, но вот над AS3 придется поработать, пока-что две звезды, но если добавят, то расширение достойно пяти звезд!

- (2023-03-14) Ramsey Hamed: This extension is great! But I just wanted to note that it does seem to trigger manual Cloudflare verification on websites when enabled. I'm not sure on the root cause, but I've had trouble on multiple sites where I get stuck in a verification loop until I disable it.
